“I like the goods that I purchased but unfortunately they were shipped from Italy and a lot of confusion over the import tax that I have to pay. It is good that Robinson was able to pay me the tax amount first before I make payment to DHL, but the experience will be much better if Robinson can settle such tax directly with DHL. Initially I was anxious when asked to pay the tax as I feel that Robinson should not make me pay the tax. Need to clarify with both Robinson and DHL Several times to settle the payment and that dampened the good experience I had with the goods purchased.”

Please be informed that if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations.
