“Good reliable products but need a wider range to choose from . Policies are great especially for exchange of products or refunds although I have not used this before”

“The items purchased are exactly what I expected. Shopping experience is good. But I did not expect the delivery time to be as long as 6 days. It will be very helpful if it has the feature that informs the delivery or estimated delivery time of item before I confirmed the order.”

“Got a good bargain. But the first time purchase promo code wasn't given, I tried with a random code and was lucky to strike it right. My husband bought his items without getting the 10% discount. Shipping was fast. But the items were packed in an old, dusty and used box, since my items were fragile, I was worried about their condition. Fortunately, everything was in good condition.”

“It was smooth from order to delivery. However, I do not find the embroiled bedsheets anymore in Robinson. Plain bedsheets are not my favorite. Still miss Jean Perry golden embroiled bedsheets. Very classy.”

“Order was simple abd straight forward but promotion was not stated. The pillow protector price was $9.90 but upon check out then notice 2 pcs for $11.90”

“Online shop is good. But need more info about product. E.g country of origin, dimension etc. it would be even better if you have a mobile app. Work with ShopBack, so that customer gets some cash back! :)”

“Great to have you online despite no physical store. A point system or membership of some sort would motivate returning customers. I shop for gifts usually. All purchases are gifts so far.”

“As the items I ordered came at different times, it would be better to indicate 1st of eg 5 items sent, instead of Order No. eg #123 delivered. After waiting a few days I had to send an enquiry about my remaining items.”

However, If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “I had a pleasant experience for my first online purchase from Robinsons. My purchases were delivered very promptly but would have been better if an estimated delivery date is given after I have confirmed my order, similar to most other online stores such as Lazada, iHerb, RedMart, Tao Bao.”
