“Overall pleased with the experience. Purchased items were delivered promptly and in order. One feedback on the product description (provided on the website): Good to clearly state the product country (or made in country information) as I do not prefer products (esp skin care) from certain countries. “Delivery was fast! Purchase the bedsheet and quilt, have not used it as need it for new house which is not ready. By touching the materials, feels not bad with the price paid.”

“Had been searching (for Method, Waterfall, refills) for some time and was glad that Robinson had it. The order and delivery process was seamless and straightforward, as was the payment. We have also been a long-time customer with the old Robinsons and trying out the online, which has quite an extensive range of products, seemingly endless (which we are glad but at the same time a tad bit exhaustive to view). But we do miss the physical store(s).”

“Packaged delivered was upside down, not according to carton box indication. Some items were slightly damaged. Reported to Robinsons CS and the team had arranged with the manufacturer for the exchange of the damaged items. Although it caused hassle to wait for the exchange and some delays in using the product nevertheless, thank you for the efforts.”

“This is my first online purchase as it is an item I can be sure I know what I am buying. For the delivery, It will be good to give a phone call before leaving for the customer's place instead of an email as it can be missed. Then it will be perfect.”
