“Product great, but Robinsons ordering and delivery lead time unacceptable. It took 8 working days from time of order. I subsequently found another online supplier who was able to deliver same product in 2 days for same price. This is not the first time I've had issues with Robinsons slow delivery of product. And the service from their chosen logisitcs, Ninja Van, is also sub-standard by comparison with every other delivery service in Sg. They cannot give you a delivery time more accurate than 9am to 10 pm. How ridiculous is that in 2023! I will never order from them again.”

“Only after waiting for 10 days and continuous tracking, I was informed that you ran out of stock. I wasted time and effort for nothing. Why have you accepted my order when you have no stock? Your price was higher than other online stores and on top of that, you added 8% GST making it even mor expensive! Very bad experience for me.”
