“The Black Friday offer was good but I can’t say the same for the delivery experience. The item was not bubble wrapped and the box was dented at receipt. Item was slightly different from the advertised picture but was subsequently assured of its authenticity. Overall not a great experience.”

“the robinsons hotel collection bamboo quilt was terrible quality. wasn't at all soft like what bamboo material shd feel not light. felt like plastic. have to go buy another brand again and waste some dollars”

“Item was received intact but such bulky items were left outside my unit blocking half the corridor path. I would appreciate if delivery-man can call or text before going to the deliver address. If it rains heavily like these 2 days, my items would be soaked wet! 😒”

“I bought my items on 11.11. After a week, I was told that 3 of my items are currently not available. The remaining items came after another week... service is slow and its a disappointment the ads continue to run despite products not being available.”
