“I managed to receive most of my order (0166824) within 5 days but there is a missing item. I only received 1 pillow out of 2 that I've ordered”

“I bought both the Miseico Balm and Serum in July. Just noticed that the expiry date of the Balm is May 2025 while the expiry date of the Serum is May 2024. This is a difference of 1 year. This gives me the impression that the Serum may have been kept for some time. Is that so?”

Hello there! Stocks goes out on a 1st in 1st out basis. The products that you purchased were from different batches, but guaranteed that these are both in perfect condition as these are still months away from expiry.

“I have multiple hundreds of vouchers. Would have been great if I can use them rather than me having to split up the purchase multiple times to utilise the multiple $100 vouchers. I didn't see the option to use multiple vouchers.”
