“The buying experience is unpleasant. One of the shampoo was half filled while another item was dried up. Vendor seems to be giving expired or old goods. I tried to ask for exchange and waited whole day nothing happened. I have to email and called to rearrange again. There was Robinson dollars rewarded but cannot use in conjunction with the promo code. Very lousy. Your product selection is lousy too. Nothing much to buy and many are unknown brands.”

“I ordered 10 Charles Millen dessert spoons to match the 10 dessert forks I had bought earlier. I only realised that the spoons were of a different design after I had washed and used them. Now I have to buy another 10 spoons. I just hope this time it's the right ones.”

“The Robinsons Own towel brand were excellent and value for money. The Egyptian cotton hand towel was really good. Worth the money spend ! Delivery was a bit slow but worth the wait! Keep up the good work Robinsons !”

“In order to ensure customer service in person or online is top-notch, Robinsons need to think about the current training curriculum. Robinsons has a Branding that most Singaporeans know of therefore Customer Service online should reflect as such. It's a shame at the moment, feels like the Customer Service online is NOT on par with shopping in person. Hoping HR would think carefully about this feedback. Do check the information loaded on the website, should reflect what's on the product spec and the Customer Service officer should be notified in advance of any changes to the information especially for electronic goods. Saves a lot of useless communication between a paying customer and a clueless Customer Sevice officer.”
