“Delivery was a bit messy cos it was a third party doing it - they wanted to deliver on a Saturday, and they called me to ask so i said no delivery cos office is closed, then later i had to liaise with several people on my contact details etc. THen finally the items arrived. It was well packed, ladder was well cushioned with ample bubble wrap and even my storage organisers were well wrapped - so no breakage or damage. So all is good. Hence delivery communications may be improved - somehow there seems to be a break down in communications.”

“Product quality good, delivery prompt, but capturing of customer details leaves much to be desired. I have registered my account on 6/5/23 after making a purchase. I gave my details, including date of birth 26 May. On 30/5/23 I made another purchase. Up till now my account shows I haven't made any order and there was no birthday surprise and your system says looking forward to my birthday (next year)?”
