“I ordered 67cm =26inch luggage on line but found out when I took out to use on 30th March that it was a 24Inch luggage. That too because I was trying to put a luggage protector which I bought for 26in luggage. Buthe good thing is the feedback department was quite prompt to response.”

Hi KT! Carlton luggage measurements generally include the wheels and top handle, which would comprise about 2" of the total height of the luggage. Checking your order details, you received the correct size. On the other hand, our customer service team would be happy to assist in facilitating an exchange to a larger size.
