“Hi.. please get in touch with me. After I received the bedsheet set, I didn’t open. And just only took out for washing/use and discovered broken/ torn treads on the quilt cover. That’s quite disappointing.”

“I’m disappointed with the towels that I bought. The quality is not good and the towels are very thin. I spent more than $100. I would’ve got these cheaper from Shoppe. I thought I could trust the quality of material sold at Robinson’s”

“Robinsons did not delivery one of the products I ordered during their recent sales promotion. When I wrote to them, they reverted that the item was no longer available. Although they refunded me the amount, I could not get the item for the same promotion price. Is this how Robinsons managed their sales - overselling and then did not deliver the item, and refund clients?”

“The table looks different from what advertised on the website. it does not have a rustic look. Robinson's customer service team was fast in responding to my feedback though. Due to this, they offered me a 5% discount.”

“I’ve made 5-6 purchases of Robinsons online sale items (large cast-iron cookware and smaller storage products) since October 2023 and have never been disappointed. The delivery is fast, sometimes with 2-3 days. Delighted with my purchases. Thanks Robinsons.”

“The product I ordered met my expectations. The Robinson sale was very genuine and the prices were marked down realistically. Very happy with the sale prices of the products purchased.
