“Robinsons live chat was helpful. But it is like a hit and miss. Some days I get a response and some days I get radio silence. Been asking for a change of colour for a bench I ordered and they promised a cash on delivery by their partner vendor but the promised date came and went and nothing happened. Left two messages but no response henceforth.”

“Provided some discounts from buying directly from the brand itself. However the deliver communication is not clear as item not delivered was marked as fufilled when the brand delivery team didn't contact me. Only after speaking to the Robinson hotline, then the brand's delivery team called. Should be more prompt with the estimated time.”

“The night cream has an old musty smell, so does the day cream. Have they reached expiry date. Btw the prints on the masque tube is misaligned. May I get a refund”

“For the other furnitures I ordered from other companies such as Hipvan, they will deliver and assemble. However with Robinson, I feel that you are just acting like a online platform, no difference from the likes of Lazada and Shoppee.”
