“Been using this password manager for many years. Not one "Oh My GOD" moment. Been a bit glitchy of late, but they jump on service requests quickly and efficiently. They have a deep emotional bank with me, so we are staying at 5 stars. Thanks for keeping me safe, y'all. 🙂”

“I have used RoboForm for the past 10 plus years and depend on it keeping me secure each day, which it does. Whether filling in credentials, passkeys or credit card info it works well for me. I’ve looked at other password apps and have found no reason to switch. If I have a question or concern their support team is quick to respond and always follows up to make sure the issue is resolved. RW”

“Had an issue with Roboform for Android where it consumed CPU. Reached out to Roboform support and received a quick response. They sent me a beta version to test. I installed it and it solved my issue. Roboform support checked in with me each day to make sure all was well. Fantastic support.”

“I have been a customer for many years. During that time, I have had very few problems, and they were resolved quickly for me. Their security measures make me feel very secure and comfortable. “I have been using Roboform for 13+ years. 12-14 digit passwords, with reminders to change annually. There are some troubles form filling in Android devices - but there is a setting to let Roboform run in the background, which helps”
