“With the exception of the liittle boxes scatter over my forms that incorrectly fillout boxes, RoboForm continues to be a blessing. Again with the excetion of the little boxes which can't be turned off RoboForm is flexible.”

“I have used Roboform for many years and I would have given it a 5 star review. However with their latest update they removed the possibility of using a local account. My preferrence is to keep everything on my laptop and not in the cloud Working with roboform they showed me a way to still use my local account. All that was needed was to turn off sync.”

Hello Steven, Thank you for your feedback and for being a long-time RoboForm user. We wanted to clarify that you can absolutely still use RoboForm with local-only storage. The option to turn off automatic sync and keep your data exclusively on your device is very much available. You can easily disable sync by following the instructions here: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005524988-How-do-I-turn-off-automatic-sync#Win We hope this addresses your concern. “I've used RoboForm for over 10 years. I have confidence that my passwords and other sensitive information is protected from intrusion. It allows me to quickly and easily log onto any of many web sites that require passwords. Additionally, I learned how well I was protected after having my PC stollen from a computer shop that was going to clone my PC into a new PC. After getting my new ,but clean, PC and down loading the latest version of RoboForm all my passwords and sensitive information was restored and synched with my mobile phone version.”

“I have used Roboform for at least ten years. Every password used is a unique 16-character entry and uses alpha, numeric and special characters. I don't have to remember any of them, just the one I use to open Roboform. Whenever I access a new website it generates a new password and saves it. It syncs to my phone so I have access to my medical records, shopping and other websites while on the road without having to bring along a cheat sheet. I definitely recommend using this program.”

“RoboForm has been my preferred password and identity manager for years. The support team is consistently responsive and helpful. That said, I’d appreciate more frequent feature updates. For example, the absence of a dedicated section for managing membership cards is a noticeable limitation. Additionally, the dark web monitoring alerts often reveal only a few characters of the exposed password, making it difficult to pinpoint compromised credentials. The search functionality is also limited—it's essentially all or nothing—which complicates efforts to locate specific logins. I you receive an alert the password Xg*************9T has been fond on the web; you’ll only have Xg or 9T to work with. If RoboForm allowed you to search just passwords, that would help so much. Despite these areas for improvement, RoboForm remains highly effective at securely storing and auto filling credentials across websites and many apps.”

“Just nothing like it on the market... Been a user for many many years. Over those years I've tried other password managers out of curiosity, but none have the ease of use and power of Roboform. Needless to say, for the last two years, I haven't even been curious about other like software. It's the only one for me. Cliff”

“I've been using it for more than 25 years and trust it completely. Customer service is great, I always get a response right away. And it's improving all the time. It now stores security keys as well as passwords. I use it to generate complex passwords on all my accounts. Highly recommend it!”
