Well for instance, I can log into a site instantly that I have not used for years without trying to find the login and password details.

A lifetime subscription is currently not offered. However, For Business subscriptions are available in 1, 3, and 5 year options.

Roboform hasn't worked on my computer for three days days. I contacted support by submitting a ticket, email and tried calling. Support did email the next morning, but their response was canned and didn't relate to my problem at all. I tried contacting them again but haven't received a response in well over 24 hours. Very frustrating. They advertise premium 24/7 support.

This program seems really poor with Chrome. It is actually a nuisance. Its dialog box pops up trying to save a password on pages that it has already saved. Lately it does not even offer to help on some pages. I have used it for years but I think its time I deleted it and got something better. They upgraded the look recently but its still got problems.

Hi Ian - we're sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with the RoboForm Chrome extension. Please verify that you're using the most recent version of RoboForm (8.4.7). Regarding the dialog box pop up, click the "No" button in the Save Forms dialog . This will stop the prompts. For the sites where autofill is not populating, please verify your autofill settings by clicking on the RoboForm icon > Options > Autofill. "Offer to Autofill Windows dialogs in Browsers" should be checked as should "Offer to Autofill web (HTML) forms." If both are checked and the issue persists, please submit a list of the sites and any relevant screen shots via our online support system: https://online.roboform.com/login?authReturnUrl=rfss&lang=en

Took some getting used to at first, but once you get to grips with it, "Roboform Everywhere" is a service I now could not live without! I am a very happy customer, and have been for many years

I've used RoboForm for years and up until today I've only had good things to say. However for some reason, my password will not work and I cannot get anyone on the support line. I was on hold listening to hold music for 17 minutes waiting for help (I was told that I was #5 in line), when the phone started ringing which I took as a good sign. NOT, I was transferred to voice mail and told to leave a message. I cannot get into my account where all my passwords are stored, and thus cannot get into my credit card account or my banking account. I do not want to change passwords on everything just because RoboForm is having a problem, but for a company that keeps such valuable personal information, they should answer calls more swiftly or at minimum have a live chat I could use to get an immediate answer. BS!!! Unless they handle this quickly, I'll find another password service, there are lots of them out there!!!!!!!!

We apologize for the delay and resulting frustration that you've experienced. We have located your ticket and have flagged it for an expedited response. In general, however, we ask that our users please allow up to 24 hours for a response to be issued.

What I see in the past year or so is the greatly improved application and how it takes care of my pass words. In the past I might see 15 or 20 pass words for the same app with no information as to how they got saved. Most of them were redundant which is no longer a problem. I hope I am not jumping the gun because I have not used anywhere near all of my pass words. If RoboForm continues to work as it has been recently I'll give it that last star right on it's booty and I'll apply it with my lips!!!

Can't reload the software following a computer crash. Have tried several times and left message on your boards but one just can't talk to anybody directly.

I first heard about roboform years ago while listening to the Kim Kamando radio show. She endorsed the listeners to try it and so I did. I have been happy with it ever since. I feel it is a secure platform and today with the request to mix the password with letters, signs, and usually minimum of 8 characters it is difficult ;to remember what you used. But Roboform keeps track of what you used and I like that.

when trying to enter a paid pin nr they put you in a situation that you must buy another years worth that is not needed. RoboForm took it upon themselves to correct my problem without me asking and I do appreciate it and give them a 5 star rating, Thanks

Works well saving passwords and also form-filling, but it is a PIG to re-install if you are using the desktop version. All it ever wants to do is persuade you to buy the online version and pay the annual fee. I installed v8 (as prompted by the program) but have spent DAYS trying to get it to work - to no avail, so reinstalled v7 - now back to working again. This seems like a plot to get all us desktop users (with the lifetime licence) to swap to the annual fee version.
