Have used RF of many years now on many devices as well. This latest change has left me without the capability to sync my devices. Have phones, tablets, laptop, and desktop now all with different versions of passwords stored. Not a very useful program anymore. The technical support team did little to resolve and basically told me to reset my account and start over. I know my master password and still I am not clear why they wont sync as before. One dissatisfied customer. John

I have enjoyed using RF togo. I also wouldn't mind updating either but I just brought another licences from Robo to go and now they stop offering support AFTER I brought the new licence last year, I don't think this is really fair or right to treat a customer this way. I hold three different licences for the same product.

having no way of resetting your master password, and having to use said password to get online to you account on web. Basically it sux

We're sorry to hear that you have forgotten your Master Password. Because security is of the utmost importance to us, the only way to ensure that your RoboForm data can only be accessed by you is for nobody else—including us— is to never obtain your Master Password in the first place. There is no way for us to obtain access to your data without your Master Password. This also means we cannot restore your Master Password. In the event that you forget your Master Password, the only thing we can do is enable you to reset your Master Password. This process will delete the old RoboForm data from your account, and you can start over again.

RoboForm Everywhere doesn't work. Also, the platforms are basically IE only.

I have used RoboForm for many years...It has been amazing. Not only do I not have to remember passwords, I love the password generator. Having different complex passwords for every website gives me peace of mind, I love how it syncs with my smartphone. Forms can be filled with one click.

Less work to remember passwords and trying to get update because we forgetting all the ones we had and not repetition or just 1 password for all sites.

Everything, and roboform2go has been discontinued as well.... I do NOT trust cloud based software at all..... Websites can and DO GET HACKED..... Time to look for another program

Hi Annie - Unfortunately due to browser restrictions we have discontinued RoboForm2Go until a more viable option becomes available. With that being said, if you prefer to store your data locally rather than in the cloud, we offer RoboForm for Free.

There are two issues that I have with the new “subscription” pricing policy. One is that I no longer own a product; instead I regularly am asked to pay for the opportunity to use the capabilities. Second is that usage is slowed due to the authentication process. I will start looking for a replacement.

Hi Gary - It is true that RoboForm Everywhere operates on a subscription basis due to the many functionalities and features including syncing. You will discover that this is quite common within the password management field. Should you stop your subscription, however, you can certainly keep a local copy of that data. Also, if you do not require the sync functionality, we recommend using RoboForm for Free. The data will remain local and (as the name states), it's free!

I have been using RoboForm for the last 10 years. Even though there are others out there to try out, I have always returned to Robo. Easy to use, Identities information is excellent and very rarely had a problem with it. If so, I just either call or submit a Tech ticket and it is answered quickly and completely. Tech support is great. Great software to use.

I have had Robo form for a number of years & in the past year I am noticing that I do not have the pop up when I would like to add a new contact. I have been trying different things and now so confused not knowing which way to go with all of this. should I uninstall & start over? I really need some help with this and not sure where exactly I should go. I am wondering if it is to my benefit to discontinue this and keep my passwords on a special sheet of paper.

We assume you're referencing logins and not contacts, but to be sure, if you can please submit a ticket using our online support center, a representative will certainly assist. We do see you submitted a ticket back in October and a response was issued. If this problem is still persisting, please feel free to respond back to that ticket or to issue a new one. Thank you.

I have been very happy with RoboForm over the many years that I have been a devoted user. However, when my main (Laptop) computer failed and was reported as unrepairable, I have been challenged by the difficulties I am trying to deal with. Of course, I purchased a new computer and purchased new RoboForm software. Of course the new computer came equipped with Windows 10 including the new Internet "E" so I had to install Google Chrome because I had used that service many years also. RoboForm was said to be Incorporated with both of the Internet interfaces, but it does not integrate easily. I hope I can still use the integrated software instead of using the Independent version of RoboForm Everywhere. I would like guidance on how to get RoboForm incorporated In "E" and Google Chrome - to save time.

I thought RoboForm lost all my data at Firefox 57 update. So I tried others, including LastPass, Sticky Password and Dashlane. All were worse, requiring more clicks, or missing essential features like Save Page, or more ambiguous about what's happening. So I re-installed RoboForm 8 and everything worked fine, all my data was intact. My mistake was upgrading to RoboForm 8 from the Firefox app market, not the main RoboForm site.

I have been using RF for years until suddenly after update to RF8, I cant use it any more to login. I have been using RF free as I thought it has unlimited login for my desktop. Now RF is forcing me to buy??

Hi there - thanks for taking the time to reach out. The login credentials for RoboForm 8 are your email address and Master Password. If you're unable to log in using these credentials, please contact our technical team so they may troubleshoot. They can be reached by submitting a ticket here: https://www.roboform.com/php/rtss/main?lang=en Regarding the upgrade messaging, if you're using RoboForm for Free, you will occasionally receive popups notifying you of your eligibility to upgrade to a RoboForm Everywhere subscription. You do not need to upgrade. Please also ensure that you have turned off the automatic sync feature by clicking on the RoboForm icon >> Sync >> unchecking "Automatic Sync."

There's so many annoying things about RoboForm. I have made several requests to support which they simply ignore. I really dislike that they don't show all logins on a single page. I was forced to do a new subscription even though I paid for it in the past. I wanted to switch to another password manager but I just have too many saved passwords that I didn't want to recreate.

Hi John - we're very sorry to hear of your frustration and we apologize for any lack of communication on our end. We do see some tickets from back in October where you were working with our technical support team regarding a specific request, which was passed along to our development team for consideration. While we cannot guarantee all requested features will always be added, we do always pass them along for consideration. And, even if they are not immediately added, that does not mean they will not be added in the future. Generally speaking, the greater the number of requests for a specific feature/function, the more likely it is to be added. Regarding your new subscription, according to our system you previously purchased a desktop license and then upgraded to a RoboForm Everywhere subscription. You can certainly continue to use RoboForm in desktop mode for free, but the Everywhere features/functionality do require a subscription.
