After reading through several reviews I decided to go with a medium on each bathing suit that I bought. I ordered three which specifically stated they ran true to size. Unfortunately not one of them fit. The quality is not bad for the price and I only waited a few weeks for my delivery. A friend of mine ordered the large in the exact same bathing suit that I ordered a medium in and I tried her large on and is way too big so the sizes are definitely not accurate at all.

Please let this be a warning to any and everybody thinking about buying from this website/company!!!!! This is not a legit website/company I was a fool and did not listen to the hundreds of people in the reviews I ordered a item off of this website approximately three weeks ago maybe a little longer I do believe this website is one big scam to get our information people! I ordered one item off of this website/company they have given me several different tracking numbers which none of them are to shipping and handling companies here in the United States and I live in California This website/company keeps telling me that FedEx has picked up my package at the LAX customs so I have called FedEx a couple of times and FedEx has told me that there is absolutely no package coming to my address from Hong Kong China or from this company ROMWE!!!! I am actually on my way to my bank right now to let them know the situation just in case in the near future my bank account gets cleaned out we know who it’s from because I’m telling you people this is not a legit company it’s all a scam!!!!!!

No wonder they don't accept refunds. If that were the case they would be refunding every customer because not one piece of their shitty quality items are the right size.

The only real reason I'm giving ROMWE four stars is because I have ordered from them before unlike most of you people. They had great service all of the times I ordered (4) and the packages were delivered very fast and without a problem. But on the fifth order which I placed on 2/2, has not come. I ordered Standard Shipping which means it should be here today or tomorrow. But instead, it has been stuck in my U.S. Courier Facility for 3 days. So these are the possibilities; (1) It's going to come very, very, delayed. (2) It's not even coming at all. And after reading all of these reviews, this is what I believe. BUT having good experience with Romwe in the past, I will trust them with my package until tomorrow. Please don't let me down.

They shipped the wrong item IN A SHEIN BAG and when I brought it to their attention they sent me a return label and assured me my correct package was being sent out immediately. I check w day later and it’s processed as a return for romwe credit. I did not want credit or a return. I wanted my item. Reached out two additional times and received generic responses. None of them helped. Scam scam scam.

I received someone else's order, sent to my last name and my winter address. I did not order it and it wasnt in my size. There were no papers enclosed with info to return. I just hope it is not on my credit card.

Do not order from here! It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order from here and still haven’t gotten it! I ordered from Shein a week ago and already had it delivered! Do not buy from here!

I tried to do a return and I to had submit a request in order to get my money back. I submitted my request 2 months ago....Nothing has happened. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

They don’t even deserve one star, i refunded an order and instead of getting my money back they charged me for the order twice, not to mention that after talking to their “customer service” they refunded it once and double charged me on one of my other purchases, still never got my money back & never will. I 100% do NOT recommend.

I had placed an order back in December of 2019 and package still has not been delivered, I had texted there "tech-Support" and they said call your local USPS and your neighbors to see if they have it, there is no option to get a refund or replace the item. Very disappointed in Romwe this was my 4th and last time ordering anything from them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I think any of the positive reviews are bots. I placed an order in December for some earrings through my account on the site. It has never been updated with any information - like the order never existed. I never received anything from them, including shipment information. I emailed them and received a bounce in Chinese. Thank God I paid via paypal. So I submitted a claim against them and lo and behold they responded very quickly through the paypal resolution site. They gave me tracking information and said that my items were delivered on 12/13. Completely bogus. They put the issue back on me and instructed me to contact my neighbors and USPS about the missing delivery. No one stole my cheap earrings...this site is a joke. Beware.

Ordered on Dec 17 2019, order still has not left China, who knows if it even got placed. They have their money, but no shipping within their supposed date.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is definitely a scam stay away. I should have done research before ordering, and now I feel like a dummy. Placed an order for bridesmaids robes a few days ago. I realized I had never gotten a confirmation, so I went back on the site to check my order and it said 'processing'. I was like wtf how could it still be processing after 4 days. So I contacted them via the live chat and they said that my order had been delayed because they are worried about fraud and need a PICTURE OF MY ID AND CREDIT CARD TO CONFIRM before they process my order. As soon as they said that I knew this was an absolute scam bc #1 that is BS and # even if there is a remote possibility of that being true, they never contacted me, it took me writing to them to even find that out. I am cancelling the order with my credit card company. STAY AWAY!

I place order on 12/6 and still have not received the order. They have the worst customer service. You can't speak with anyone only "live" chat. Which was terminated by the customer service rep (Janel) when I asked for a refund due to lack of delivery. Now if I try to "live" chat again, I get a message that says they will get back to me. Sounds more like they blocked me. Waste of money and time. Don't purchase for this company.

I placed my 11 item order on 12/3 and my tracking states that my order was shipped on 12/4. My package says that it arrived at the United States Local Facility on 12/7 and my tracking has not updated since! USPS is still awaiting my items! I have reached out through the 24hr online chat and was told that the maximum delivery date would be 12/17, it is now 12/18 and I don’t have my package and the USPS tracking is still awaiting my item. I contacted customer service again and they then said the 18th to the 20th is my new maximum delivery date... I’m starting to think I will not be getting my package before my vacation on the 22nd! I ordered these items for my vacation and would not have placed this order if I thought that there was any chance that they would not arrive on time. With no help from customer service, I don’t know what else to do! Edit: Just attempted to contact customer service again and was now told that my delivery date would be the 20th to the 23rd and then the chat attendant ended the chat on me! I have only received 1 of two packages, which I purchased on 12/02. while tracking the one containing all but one item, which is the one I've already received, it has stated that it had arrived at the USA local facility. It's been there for a week and a half and I don't understand if this is through customs or if it's at one of the warehouses and it's just sitting there in a box. I try to ask customer service but it's a joke. Everytime I try to talk with someone other than the automated FAQs robot, even though it's says it's supposed to be 24/7, there is never anyone online. I just want to know how much longer my package will be since it's been in the same status on romwe, and USPS hasn't received it yet.

Placed an order on 12/11, Have order number and they charged my credit card. On 12/18 for no reason they just cancelled the order and refunded my money.
