“The package got to me after 15 days of shipping. I didn't have to pay customs, since they shipped it from my country. The clothings were amazing, only my kimono disappointed me a little bit due to the quality. If you are looking to shop please make sure to look at the sizing chart!!! The clothes really fit differently depending on the item and I had to order some clothes in a large rather than a medium.”

“I ordered April 15th with the express shipping but haven't received that one yet and its saying its still processing. Is the virus delaying orders past a week?! I am in love with the clothes I bought tho, I can't wait to see what my two orders look like!!”

“I love the clothes from ROMWE they always on time before the virus happen .. but I just order my clothes and it says it’s gonna get here before May 20 but I was hoping I could’ve got it before May 8 🥺 had anyone order recently if so how long did it take to deliver ?”

“So i am not one to leave reviews, but honestly I love romwe. The clothes aren't the greatest quality and they look different in person than in the picture, but things like bathing suits to phone cases and small stuff like that are pretty cute and definitely worth it. My items took a little bit to arrive but i'm guessing it's because of the virus. I personally was a little nervous to order from this site and thought it was too good to be true, but along with the cheap prices I received my package. I like romwe and I do not understand why people are saying it is a scam, it's wroking great for me. besides clothes lol.”

“Okay I honestly am not sure why there are so many poor review on this site but I LOVE IT! I've gotten many cute clothes and I've only ever had problems with Jean's fitting weird. The thing is these are not high end clothes and I think people expect more than what you're paying for. The clothes fabric I've gotten is great and I just order everything a size smaller for me. If you read reviews FIRST! You'll find really good stuff. I'm not sure about shipping rn because of the coronavirus but before the epidemic I'd recommend this site to anyone and everyone.”

“I ordered 10 days ago then still have my order awaiting pickup I understand everything is hectic and all but the customer service is absolute trash I left a review on a another site and they reported it for a fake claim even tho I had my order number but whatever I’m never ordering from them again”

“Romwe is cheap- for a reason. Quality of clothes is how you can imagine it to be based on the price. I never order clothes from them just because I hear such bad things. Earlier this month I ordered a phone case and an eyebrow trimmer. Both of these were just what i expected, great things, very happy with them. Love the phone case. However, this took over 2 weeks, 21 days to be exact, for me to receive it. Maybe it was because of the virus going on, who knows. It came from China, went to NY, weirdly went out to Indiana, and then CT, and finally ME. Weird. But besides the shipping, Im happy. Don't order anything from here in bulk, be careful about buying clothes, read reviews.”

“Due to coronavirus, they have extended the amount of time it may take your parcel to ship out by 4-6 days, I placed an order 11 days ago, after 8 days, I contacted them, as my order hadn't even been sent to be PACKED yet....They informed me it would be 24-48 hrs before my order was shipped out, 48 hours later, I was told the same thing, and also that some of the items I ordered weren't actually in stock and they had to get them made first, 48 hrs later I am now being told it could be up to 4 days till it is ready to be packed, when I asked if after the next 4 days it is still not ready could I just get a refund, I was met with no response but "ma'am please give us a week" SOOOO annoying and worthless customer care, will NEVER recommend or order again”

“Quality wasn't great at all. The items came and said Shein on the packaging & label when I bought them from Rowme. Sizes were pretty small and was disappointed when I opened my parcel. However I did receive the item on time, it took 8 days to come.”

“I received confirmation for my order through email. Then couple days later an email saying my package has been shipped. A couple days later I check on my Romwe account and my order has completely disappeared. I check the tracking number emailed to me and it takes me to a sketchy tracking site, but it show my order in transit. I check the next day on the same tracking site and my order has disappeared. I have screenshots to prove all of this. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM.”

“My order took over 2 weeks to come when I paid $20 for 3-5 shipping! The quality of my items were horrible and I ended up getting the wrong size skirt. Several of my shirts were see through and overall was a waste of money.”

“I ordered a package that shipped March 28th and has been sitting at the same facility since April 4th. I would’ve rather paid more money somewhere else and actually receive my things. Don’t waste your time.”

“My ROMWE review was very good! it came to me in 7-9 businesses days and that is what i asked for. Honestly you get what you pay for. Unlike most people on here writing bad reviews I have used ROMWE in the past. I am NOT a bot. Everyone stay safe and be smart during the Coronavirous Pandemic!”

“I ordered some light letters that spell BAR to sit on my bar. They arrived somewhat on time maybe a day or two late. The letters were each a different light color and bulb size, which made the word look off. They shipped the items again, this time from Shein, ensuring me that it was correct this time and checked before shipping. Not only are they different they we're all broken up because the shipped in a plastic mailing envelope with no box. How does the parcel know not to throw the package around of there is no ot fragile sticker on it. I requested a refund and they kept asking me to let them make it right. I'm sitting here with 6 letters, none of them match, no I don't need you to make it right. They then processed a refund that I'm going to wait for and see how long it takes.”

“Hi, I'm not going to shout over this review like the others, but I will tell the truth. So I ordered two skirts off Romwe, and I got the smallest size, because of my body type, and they both didn't fit me. Also, I was on an outing wearing the skirt with my brand new shirt I got from Forever 21, {I thought I looked so cute.} and in the middle of the event my skirt broke. The zipper was jammed, though I didn't even touch it. Romwe has cute clothes that's for sure, but the quality of the clothes is bad.”

“Romwe is a big fat joke. I ordered a package 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. On the Romwe we sit it says my package has been “shipped out and is on the way!” But the USPS said it hasn’t even arrived in CALIFORNIA YET. Don’t let the cute clothes and cheap prices fool you, and sure as hell don’t waste money when it’s going to disappear.”
