Customer service no good., store customer service line never answer. Left voicemail never return calls from their end. Purchase Order online put in my credit card information., they take the funds charge on my credit put in Pending but l didn’t receive confirmation and order number from rona. Now after one week still put my credit card funds on pending payment. Didn’t return or drop the funds. Call in there customer service line and store customer service line they can’t find the order information :( No result not discharge the funds they holding. ( bad experience for rona online purchase)

orders are placed and keep getting cancelled. Sometimes its explained as not available items and other times there is simply no explanation. If an order is accepted and the website specifies that the item not available at the store will take 7 to 14 days to be shipped to it from the distribution center I expect that to be so. Apparently all the stores are just trying to sell their own inventory. Their customer service is a joke as the girl that answered seemed to not understand english or french

Placed order. Received less items than ordered. Box appeared to have been drop kicked from truck. Had to call "customer service" X2 and wait 30-40 minutes each time to have nothing done. WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN

Ordered a dish washer on april 28th, got a phone call from Rona Sainte-Martine the same day and scheduled the delivary with the lady on may 4th. Nothing got home. Called Rona Sainte-Martine that day, the man Stephane told me that the delevery service told them they never got the note, even thow I received confirmation by email. So, that same clerk Stephane rescheduled with them for this Saturday may 8th, he then told me I would get a new confirmation for that delevery. I called them 3 times and they just told me 'We have lots of problems with the shipping department... we have customers who waited 7 months and 1 year before they got there orders'!! I understand the Covid Pandemic, I get that it's no longer as it was before, but START A NEW WAY OF OFFERING SERVICES AND TELL US THE TRUTH!! You cash our money the same day, you tell us the delevery service will be within 72 hours AND CHARGES US FOR THAT SERVICE, but finally we get our stuff several months later... THAT'S A BIG NO GO FOR ME and will NEVER AGAIN BE CLIENT OF RONA, that's for sure... To bad, was going to by thousounds of dollars worth of stuff for renovations, you can be sure it wont be with you!! And be sure that I will spread the word around...

I made an online purchase and planned for curbside pick-up. I wasn't sure when I could get to my store (North Vancouver - Park & Tilford) so I didn't schedule my pick-up time. I called the store (twice) to check if that was okay, but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. So I went, parked in designated spot and phoned the number on the sign. No answer again! I ended up having to go into the store (which I did not want to do), dodge the crowds, and stand in a long line at the pick-up counter. I told 2 different staff that I'd phoned from outside and there was no answer - neither of them even acknowledged this. I expected at least a comment on them being busy, etc - to acknowledge that they usually WOULD answer the phone. But nothing. The staff at the counter just told me to wait while he went to get my order. If RONA is not willing to do curbside pick-up at this store, it should NOT be offered - that's deceptive and I won't be shopping there anymore.

Rona online support is not what I expected from such a large company. Returns request CRM 0314642 (Jen, Rona online support) I am having a very difficult time receiving a return shipping label. Duplicate product arrived over 2 weeks ago. Online support is giving the run-around. Terrible service.

Worst online shopping experience. Almost two weeks to process my order and when I called to cancel the customer service never allowed me to do so. A local store pick up should not take upwards of two weeks. Shop local? Not if this is the way I am treated.

Hi, I had online order on April 13,2021 and I got email on April 20,2021 that my order is ready to pickup then I went to Rona located in Markham but they told me sorry we don't have your item in inventory, I spent 2 hours drove to Rona and back to home for noting. I called Rona customer service and they just answered me sorry for that with no logic explanation.

Worst service ever! I ordered deck boards online however just partial delivered. Gave customer support hundreds of calls but never success... Shame on you, Rona!

Je suis très insatisfait du service à la clientèle et déçu 😞 car j’ai acheté l’aire de jeu highland trousse supposé être complète conseiller par un employé de Rona pour $1747.47 mais à ma grande surprise je constate que c’est pas un kit complet je prends l’initiative de retourner 1/2h après avoir constaté rendu là c’est toute une misère pour effectuer le retour, tout mon après-midi passe chez Rona pour un retour, car 2 employés ont vérifié la boîte et disent qu’il manque un morceau et j’ai demandé à voir un superviseur mais cela a encore pris toutes une perte de temps et obstination et j’ai pris l’initiative de revérifier la boîte à la présence des 2 employés et le superviseur et trouver le morceau supposé manquer. Quelle misère pour avoir mon remboursement.... je ne pourrais plus recommandé Rona et faire affaire avec. Partant les matériaux des rénovations de ma maison a été acheté chez Rona jusqu’aujourd’hui pour que tout va mal....

I purchased 4 planter boxes for my balcony. They were not cheap and the pictures and details appeared to be good for the price. I received the shipment and was very disappointed. I called customer service for 3 days straight. Was on hold for longer then 30 mins without connecting each time. Terrible website. Also they asked for a product review which I provided but it did not meet their review requirements. I suspect they only post good reviews

Bad service. I ordered deck screws on Thursday for curbside pickup and today Saturday received refund because they do not have in stock. When I ordered they were showing in stock. Stupid thing is , they still show one box in stock and people will order it again thinking they have one box and they will accept your order.

Terrible customer service. I order online. They accept my order.They ask me to shoose delivery date. I waithet all day and they never show up. I checked my online order and than is writed Order is completed. I never received my order. They are not refund my money. I called them several times without succes. Yana Ivanova

same thing i'm seeing in some other reviews... I don't live in a city with a rona, but the only place i could find that sells the product i wanted (a shower stall door and base) but they don't stock it and i had to order it. Problem #1) they wouldn't deliver to store and let me have someone pick it up. I had to have a home address to be delivered to. Luckily i have some family nearby and that was an option for me. So I placed the order. Paid in full, up front. (not sure why a store that sells something that you are willing to pay for sight unseen won't ship to the store...) the person I was dealing with also didn't understand as they had said it could be done, until they checked with a manager and was told no, it can't be. Painful... Problem #2) so I spend my 1300$ and get absolutely ZERO confirmation, besides 1 email saying I made an order, no item desription, no costs, no confirmation, no tracking, oh and of course noreply@rona.... Problem #3) now (i have dealt with this) i start getting emails daily about the piece of lumber i looked at online, or a sink i looked at 2 weeks ago, asking me if i want to purchase said products. NO, I would have if I wanted to, thanks though. what I do want, is THE THING I ACTUALLY ORDERED AND PAID FOR!! still nothing on that yet. Problem #4) so here we are, over 2 weeks after they took my money, and i finally get an email that tells me status of order! they don't have it! luckily i kinda figured that, as i had checked out the actual manufacturers website and had learned what i was looking at had been discontinued. I had mentioned this when ordering and asked if there was anyway I could get an idea of whether or not this product (still listed as available on rona site as of today...) was actually still available, they were unable to do anything to check that. The person I was dealing with did everything they could, they were helpful and apologetic that they were unable to do anything. They were as confused as me as to why I couldn't deliver a product sold by rona to rona. They were confused as to why they couldn't find the product in their system (sku # and all, they couldn't pull it up, i had to do searches on rona site using keywords till i was able to find it and then tell what keywords to use) which is when i mentioned the manufacturers discontinuation of product. they had they're hands tied and this was not an individual employee issue. Problem 5) so here i am, its about a month of dealing with this (research, finding the right product, comparing prices etc.), and now I finally know! so my bathroom sits without a shower, and I get to start this process all over! thanks rona! I will never shop at rona again.

I use to shop at your newton store I stop shoping there because the store never enough cashier I just what to give you my money so stop shop at that rona store so today went to your Fleetwood store 11:30 on a Saturday again 10 people in line 1 cash open i put my cart a side and left member i just what to give you my money it okay went to home depot thanks

I ordered a bbq on line and was told 3-5 days delivery after about 9 days I decided to call well geuss what they didn’t have one left the next one was august 28 7 months later did not notify me what so ever

I ordered a bathroom vanity that was delivered damaged. I called to have them replace it and, after a few weeks, I received a piece of laminate in the mail which did not match the vanity finish and wasn't the right size for replacement. I called the same day to get a replacement vanity and they said I'd have to drop it off to a Rona for a refund. There's a reason I had it delivered- I can't fit it in my car!! It's been weeks and no one has done anything about this broken vanity that is sitting in my foyer. Very disappointed with the customer service and returns department. I won't be shopping at Rona or Lowes again.
