“Excellent level of customer service provided by the Mitchum store with personal drop off by Jack to the home address. Big shout to the RRG team to get the item Despatch from QLD then to the store and finally to the home, considering the final week prior to Xmas. Thank you sincerely.”

“A bit late reviewing , but thanks for your help with the rhino racks guys, really happy with the product and your service was friendly, knowledgeable and generous. Throwing in those rhino tie downs with the racks was very much appreciated, and they are also an awesome item. Will always use you guys in future for all things related.”

“Ordered roof racks on the 30th of November with the estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. Tracking of the order keeps getting pushed back and is now saying 27th of December! I would not recommend purchasing online as their delivery estimates are obviously incorrect and cannot be trusted. Order has now been cancelled and hopefully it doesn't take another month to find its way back to the supplier so we can get our money back.”

“Took a long time after purchasing online for the sales team to let me know that the parts I ordered had been discontinued. The lack of communication continued when trying to resolve the issue. When I went in store to resolve, I was met with the same poor service. Purchased an alternate product only to be told when I went to collect the product that the parts were missing. I will not be purchasing any products from this store in future.”

“The price was great during the Black Friday sales. BUT nearly two weeks to despatch is a bit much when the website says 3 days. Several emails that were ignored and then a couple of phone calls to eventually get it dispatched. Plenty of apologies but still pretty poor service. Got them and installed them.”

“I ordered two bolts for my roof racks. Delivery said "1 to 2 days". They waited 5 days to dispatch the items, and now it's too weeks later and I'm yet to receive my package. I've literally been on the trip I bought this for and returned home before the bolts arrived. Crappy company.”

“Friendly service guy at the Mitcham store. Webstore stock tracking system needs an overhaul; conflicting information provided by the physical store vs the webstore. I was advised by webstore customer service that the item will be available in two weeks for pick up (good), and when I followed up on its' status after 2 weeks, was told another 2+ weeks was required (bad). I contacted the store directly and my order was already awaiting collection! Go figure.”
