Thanks for you feedback Sean, Sorry for the delay your order has suffered. I can see that your order was dispatched 3 days ago (10 days after purchase including 2 weekends) and should be arriving soon. I can also see that your 5 series platform has been upgraded to the new 6 series (only just released) due to an initial out-of-stock, caused by the 5 series not being discontinued in line with our warehouse running out of stock. The 6 series is a significant tech upgrade, likely worth the wait. Sorry again for the delay.

“I placed an order Monday about midday and paid for express 1 day shipping. I received tracking notification on Tuesday and notification on Wednesday that my order had only been picked up and that my order was expected to be delivered from Brisbane to Wollongong. Although the website is easy to use, the processing of orders and despatch isn’t very good.”

Good morning Peter, Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the delay. For your understanding and those reading this review in the future. 2 picks are performed in our warehouse in QLD daily. One pick is performed at 7AM for overnight orders another is done at 12PM to include transfers of the morning van run and new orders from the morning. When an item is purchased at 2:27:08 PM on the 9th it will likely be dealt with in the morning dispatch, the following day. Your item appears to be on it's way as it was dispatched from our warehouse on the 10th. I apologise that the shipping estimate provided to us by our couriers was inaccurate. Thanks again for your feedback.

“I had an incredible experience with roof racks galore. They provided exceptional service when I bought roof rack accessories for our Prado to fit our bicycles. The entire process was smooth, from their knowledgeable staff (shout out to Paddy!) guiding me through the options to their prompt coordination of freight way up North. Thanks for your message Amy, I understand your frustration. I was brought in on this issue yesterday. It's my understanding that your freight was temporarily lost by the courier and then delivered, not including all packages. We have re-sent the part which was lost in transit and are pursuing our courier for credit. I'm confident this will arrive in time for your weekend adventure. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your understanding.
