“Ordered Light Bar Brackets, chose Cick and Collect from local store saying they had stock. 3 days later still no stock. Only coming from 30km away. Other store took 2 days to send them. Went to collect twice. Ended up getting refund. Should just say no stock and I could have picked up from other store.”

“Purchased an item from them and paid for them, 4 days later I'm told that their suppliers don't expect to have them until late January 🙁 Selling an item they obviously don't have in stock. Now waiting to hear about a refund so can't imagine I will be purchasing anything from them in the future.”

“Very pleased with your service. Was kept notified of my order and was delivered before the expected date. Even recieved a Free upgrade due to Xmas stock issues which was highly appreciated. “Pretty annoying that the website said it was in stock at a nearby store for pick-up in 1-2 days, then a couple days later they leave a voicemail to say its on backorder and will be available in a month. When it was eventually ready took them forever to find the order in the system. The staff were friendly enough and helped fit.”

“I ordered a Thule hitch-mounted bike rack, and the adapter for the power attachment was not in the box. I called them up and it was dispatched the same day, and arrived in time for our Christmas trip. Everyone makes mistakes, how a company deals with them is what sets them apart.”

“The order and delivery of the Thule foot clamp was quick and easy, however nowhere does it state that it’s not a complete kit needed. I’ve had to now order an additional “kit 1” part that wasn’t included. It doesn’t state anywhere that there are two separate parts to the foot &clamp to mount it.”

“The staff are polite and friendly. Poorly organised and disjointed business. Delivery is a whole other problem area. Lack of communication and accuracy when it comes to what is in stock and where it can be accessed from. Contradictions within communications.”

“Good price but very slow delivery. Ordered on 30th November. Invoice indicated a 2 day delivery. Advised that it was not picked-up by courier until the 6th December and now advised it is not being delivered until 13th December. I know it's Xmas - perhaps you should let people know what to expect. I was concerned what I ordered had gone astray.”
