“Overall good, but I really did not like the black clingwrap (excessive amount). Not only hard to extract the contents, but I'm sure it's really, really not environmentally friendly in any way! Enough to put me off buying again.”

“After ordering I am told there is a 1 1/2 month wait for the stock. Days later they are still advertising for sale on their website and another platform as in stock. They are not trustworthy.”

“The roof rack came fairly quickly and with no issues. Ony issue being that the attachment kit I purchased at the same time to use with this rack wasn't suitable for the roof rack. It would have been ideal if I had been notified of this before getting the rack, even if it were just a confirmation call.”

“I only ordered it 3 days ago , and so when I prefer it said I would receive within 2 days , then I got email later next day saying it will be about 2.5 weeks hopefully , so I can’t really comment yet until I receive”

“Well- I've yet to receive my order so I can only give it 4 stars. Regardless, I can not complain about the customer service in regard to the order- both the online store help, as well as the customer service from North Lakes Qld store in regard to the appropriate fittings and racks have been very good.”

“I ordered a set of Yakima crossbars which clearly stated was “in stock” on the website. I opted to click and collect from a local store which stated 1 to 2 business days. 3 days after placing the order I received an email stating that they needed to get it from the supplier which may take over a month. I checked the website again and it still stated in stock and 1 to 2 business days. To their credit they did give me an immediate refund. Still extremely disappointed with lack of updated information on their website. Poor form.”
