“I ordered an item which was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. However I was contacted promptly and given the option to cancel, or wait knowing there would be a delay. I opted to wait and was impressed with the level of communication. My item arrived today and I am very happy with it.”

“Good service by Roof Racks Galore, but the service is let down by the inefficient courier companies that use for Web orders. I should have not worried about the Easter 20% sale and bought locally.”

“I usually don't use the chat bots that pop up on web sites but I did with this site. I assume that here queries are quickly addressed by a human. “The staff at the Kedron shop is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a mixed experience at the East Brisbane shop. One of the staff was quite rude and dismissive and, it turned out, did not quite know the products either. I was about to walk out when the other staff member (their name possibly June) helped me out. Friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful.”

“Part was not sent on time so was no use to me. Couriers please are completley usless as a freight company, lost the parcel for a few days and then just left it in a very public space. Will not be dealing with these guys again.”
