“I have a pair of Yakima roofracks, which I bought from Roofracks Galore, Springwood, back in 2023, I was trying to get around to fitting them myself, but couldn't find the time. I booked my 2011 Suzuki Swift and they had the racks fitted within 1/2 an hour as of start-time of booking on the day, which I thought was pretty awesome, thankyou, Roofracks Galore Springwood, you did an awesome job fitting the roofrack to my car, just as Arnie says, "I'LL BE BACK"!!!!!”

“Very disappointing experience. I placed order 000184426 on 24 January, which was supposed to arrive within one or two days. The order arrived partially, but the “Cruz LCV Commercial Legs 8 Pack” is still missing weeks later. I’ve called several times and was told someone would follow up and call me back, but that never happened. I’ve had to keep chasing this myself with no proper response or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I honestly wish no star was an option.”

“I want to commend John & Sam at your Castle Hill store. Being a woman who likes to drive off road it isn’t always easy to be taken seriously when fitting out my 4WD. These guys were great. They checked where I wanted things located & alerted me to issues and resolved them on the spot. They just got on with the job keeping me fully updated and then showed me through the items that I had had fitted. Excellent work; sincere thank you.”

“Thanks to the team at Kedron store for great service and help setting up our new Thule bike rack. We purchased before Christmas, had some issues setting it up first time, made a quick last minute stop by the store and they made the time to step us through it and ensure we were set up for our trip. “I went to roof racks galore in Osbourne Park to get a Rhinorack and they were really helpful. This kind person called Rhys was great and showed me which size to get for my car. After I bought the roof rack Rhys helped me get it into my car. I went home and when I tried to put it on it was too difficult so I called roof racks galore and Rhys said he would be happy to put on the roof rack. So I went back and he did it for a good prices. This is the best roof rack shop around Perth - would definitely recommend!”

“Second time I purchase something from this place and have had great support in my upgrades. Today, I had two tie downs to secure a platform roof to my car. The two friendly staff members put the platform and supports on my vehicle so I could bring them home. It was a long drive home and my tie downs would only secure one side. I walked back in and asked to purchase extra tie downs and they gave me two for free! What legends!!!”
