“Attended Hoppers Crossing Brad and Max assisted me with old roof racks, they took the time to explain other types of roof racks available for my bike and car. They were genuine in the assistance and highly recommend attending the Hoppers Crossing Store”

“Pathetic delivery time and expectations. I purchased my roof rack and backbone system from this company due to the delivery times stating in stock and 1-2 business days. Day 4 one of the items was delivered. Then I try to follow up to see where the other items is and they keep telling me its delivered. I had to call the delivery company and they told me the item is too large. It has now been 9 business days and still no expected delivery date is scheduled.”

“100% fantastic, everytime. In the last year, I've needed spare parts, technical instruction, replacement keys, pro advice on the purchase of new bars and a bike rack. Best customer service, always above and beyond, never patronising (as women this is more often the case) and always able to understand my needs and budget. Superb!”
