Purchased a Thule Yepp Nexxt Mini New Momentum 12080112 via the online store, only to later receive an email from customer service team advising the product is discontinued. I was then offered the "updated" model and had to pay additonal costs, despite the fact I could have purchased the same model cheaper elsewhere during Black Friday sales. When I requested that Roof Racks Galore absorb the additional cost as a result of thier error, it was refused. Free shipping didn't apply despite the cost of the product exceeding $350.00.

Order 000095405 placed on 11/11. Despatch confirmed 13/11. Not received. Couriers Please uncontactable. Spoke with RRG twice, twice promised a follow up call. No call made/received by RRG to/by me. Cancelled plans this weekend b/c I can’t carry gear required without racks. By admission you’re aware CP are useless yet, I assume based on cost, you continue to freight with them. Frustrating to waste my time chasing up this far and now wasting everyone’s time as I feel compelled to waffle on here in response to your numerous ‘how did we do’ emails…

Purchased roof racks, only to be told a day later that the racks were not in stock and they wools be another 3-4 months before I could receive my item. After waiting nearly an entire business day for a response, I had to call and see if a different colour of the same racks were in stock, like the website said, I found out they were also not in stock. I wouldn’t have bought them in the first place if I knew none of the products I wanted were in stock.

I called up the Cannington store to check stock locally before buying online. The employee obviously lacked knowledge regarding the product which they said they couldn't find in stock (despite the Osborne Park store indicating later that they actually did have stock). They were very unhelpful and unenthusiastic. When asked if the item was sold in pairs or individually, I was informed that they were individual so I purchased four online. When they arrived, they were in pairs so I've paid twice what I should have.

‘In stock’ obviously has very liberal application. It might be in stock somewhere on the globe but not in the store where it says it’s in stock. Even the store staff were annoyed with the online store system.

Thanks for you feedback Sean, Sorry for the delay your order has suffered. I can see that your order was dispatched 3 days ago (10 days after purchase including 2 weekends) and should be arriving soon. I can also see that your 5 series platform has been upgraded to the new 6 series (only just released) due to an initial out-of-stock, caused by the 5 series not being discontinued in line with our warehouse running out of stock. The 6 series is a significant tech upgrade, likely worth the wait. Sorry again for the delay.

No impressed. You sent me the review email before I had even received my purchase, and you are selling items you don't have in stock so I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for you to obtain and now it has been 4 days waiting in transit and it should have been sent and received in 24/48hrs...

Thanks for your message Amy, I understand your frustration. I was brought in on this issue yesterday. It's my understanding that your freight was temporarily lost by the courier and then delivered, not including all packages. We have re-sent the part which was lost in transit and are pursuing our courier for credit. I'm confident this will arrive in time for your weekend adventure. Thanks for your review Shane. Earlier this week we had a programming glitch in the webstore affecting click and collects. We thought it was affecting 2 locations only, obviously this was not the case. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have corrected the programming error and I have dispatched your items to Northlakes in the local van run today. You should receive a call from the guys at Northlakes when the items arrive. I don't think they're reliable because they are never going to contact you regarding your order. I bought rood racks online but they never contact me untill I contact them. This is my first ever published from them. I'm not going to contact them again.

I ordered an item online because it was unavailable in store. The item showed as available online and the order went through. Then o received an email saying that the item would need to be ordered and it would be a 7-10 day wait. I initially chose RRG because of good experiences in the past and even paid a higher price than other sites. Very disappointed in this experience. I have now ordered from another supplier.

The contact you received from my team would have been related to our ability to secure the item faster from our distributor than from the store that had it in stock in Adelaide. Charged extra to get the item quicker and was not delivered within the processed time frame.Very disappointed will not be returning the item as I have purchased it from somewhere else.
