Website states in stock. Not in stock. Still cannot be given a time when I can collect. Never again, but you have my money and nothing I can do about this.

After ordering I am told there is a 1 1/2 month wait for the stock. Days later they are still advertising for sale on their website and another platform as in stock. They are not trustworthy.

I ordered a set of Yakima crossbars which clearly stated was “in stock” on the website. I opted to click and collect from a local store which stated 1 to 2 business days. 3 days after placing the order I received an email stating that they needed to get it from the supplier which may take over a month. I checked the website again and it still stated in stock and 1 to 2 business days. To their credit they did give me an immediate refund. Still extremely disappointed with lack of updated information on their website. Poor form.

You have been let down by your choice of courier. Goods have gone from Adelaide to Melbourne and now in Sydney, a week going in the wrong direction. Couriers Please are the worst freight Co in the business. Having stock on hand and sending it out is not the same as me having it.

The website shows items are in stock but they aren’t. 7-10day delay on shipping even though they offer an express service at the check out. I have two separate orders that I’m awaiting shipping details for. I was told one would be sent today. A frustrating process.

Ordered items (that are in stock at local shop) for Click and Collect 2 days ago. Still no contact despite 2 x emails and 1 x phone call. Have however received 2 x emails for review of service, so here is the honest review: Pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service for items that are in stock.

I am still waiting to be told that the goods have arrived in the store. I have been asked to revise the review above "now that the issue has been dealt with". Unfortunately, the person that asked me to revise the review has been misinformed. After I contacted Roof Racks Galore by email I was told that they sold me an item that they don't have in stock and they offered to charge me an extra $14 to get one delivered to me in two months. I'm not sure that this counts as "dealt with". I have asked them to clarify what they were offering since it seems like such a bad deal that I wonder if they really meant it. I am still waiting for the item to be delivered to the store so that I can pick it up from there. I still think that Roof Racks Galore's service gets one star...and I have reduced the likelihood that I would recommend them to a friend to zero.

I purchased a set of roof racks online for click and collect and it said all items were in stock. When I called the store to find out when the order would be ready to collect they advised that they didn't have the stock and the website was incorrectly showing stock levels due to a recent merge with another roof rack store. The team member I spoke to said they would not transfer stock between stores to fill the order, and that if I wanted it immediately I'd need to drive to a store 30km away. Otherwise it will be about a 2 week wait to order in parts (but no exact time has been confirmed at this point in time so who knows if it will be two weeks?). Overall, this is very poor service. Incorrect stock levels on the website is already a badly managed service, but to then offer no solution besides either waiting for an order to arrive when their other stores in the metro area have stock, or for me to go a very long way out of my way to collect from a different store is exceptionally poor. I will collect my order when all the parts are available, but I will not shop here again.

Ordered awning. web site said it was in stock, 1 week later i have had no communication from anyone to let me know when it will be ready to collect. i contacted roof racks galore in cannington twice to find out whats going on and no one could tell me anything, i asked for the store manager to give me a call to find out whats going on, and so far no communication. 2 weeks now and still no Awning. I've been told its in stock in Joondalup. Very disappointing. I wish they would put as much effort into getting the customers goods to them as they do asking for reviews

After the order nothing happened for 3 weeks and then I made contact only to be told there was a mixup with my order. Now I wait another 2 weeks for delivery.

Bad experience with this company so far, did not receive order as promissed in "one business day", also no callback as requested. When asked to speak to supervisor/manager, feedback was he is busy.

After waiting 3 weeks for an order status update I had to follow up and got this. Item is now due to arrive in a further 2 weeks. Thanks for getting in touch. Our sincere apologies for the delays. I have looked into your order status and it seems your order was allocated to the incorrect warehouse therefore this has caused a delay. Given this, I have amended the allocation and have prompted for our warehouse team to send this out today.
