Ordered items (that are in stock at local shop) for Click and Collect 2 days ago. Still no contact despite 2 x emails and 1 x phone call. Have however received 2 x emails for review of service, so here is the honest review: Pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service for items that are in stock.

I am still waiting to be told that the goods have arrived in the store. I have been asked to revise the review above "now that the issue has been dealt with". Unfortunately, the person that asked me to revise the review has been misinformed. After I contacted Roof Racks Galore by email I was told that they sold me an item that they don't have in stock and they offered to charge me an extra $14 to get one delivered to me in two months. I'm not sure that this counts as "dealt with". I have asked them to clarify what they were offering since it seems like such a bad deal that I wonder if they really meant it. I am still waiting for the item to be delivered to the store so that I can pick it up from there. I still think that Roof Racks Galore's service gets one star...and I have reduced the likelihood that I would recommend them to a friend to zero.

I purchased a set of roof racks online for click and collect and it said all items were in stock. When I called the store to find out when the order would be ready to collect they advised that they didn't have the stock and the website was incorrectly showing stock levels due to a recent merge with another roof rack store. The team member I spoke to said they would not transfer stock between stores to fill the order, and that if I wanted it immediately I'd need to drive to a store 30km away. Otherwise it will be about a 2 week wait to order in parts (but no exact time has been confirmed at this point in time so who knows if it will be two weeks?). Overall, this is very poor service. Incorrect stock levels on the website is already a badly managed service, but to then offer no solution besides either waiting for an order to arrive when their other stores in the metro area have stock, or for me to go a very long way out of my way to collect from a different store is exceptionally poor. I will collect my order when all the parts are available, but I will not shop here again.

Ordered awning. web site said it was in stock, 1 week later i have had no communication from anyone to let me know when it will be ready to collect. i contacted roof racks galore in cannington twice to find out whats going on and no one could tell me anything, i asked for the store manager to give me a call to find out whats going on, and so far no communication. 2 weeks now and still no Awning. I've been told its in stock in Joondalup. Very disappointing. I wish they would put as much effort into getting the customers goods to them as they do asking for reviews

After the order nothing happened for 3 weeks and then I made contact only to be told there was a mixup with my order. Now I wait another 2 weeks for delivery.

Bad experience with this company so far, did not receive order as promissed in "one business day", also no callback as requested. When asked to speak to supervisor/manager, feedback was he is busy.

After waiting 3 weeks for an order status update I had to follow up and got this. Item is now due to arrive in a further 2 weeks. Thanks for getting in touch. Our sincere apologies for the delays. I have looked into your order status and it seems your order was allocated to the incorrect warehouse therefore this has caused a delay. Given this, I have amended the allocation and have prompted for our warehouse team to send this out today.

My order was showing it was in stock in store, so i ordered click and collect. Never heard anything from the store, so i called to find out they had none and no one is NSW actually had stock. Horrible experience, never again.

Website said 1 Day DHL Shipping to my area. Shipping information wasn't sent to the courier until after 24 hours. It's now been 8 days and I still haven't received my roof rack. The courier isn't even DHL like the website stated. The tracking is now saying due for delivery on Monday which will be 13 days after purchase. Needed the roof racks in a hurry for a weekend trip, now that weekend has come and gone. Extremely frustrated as I bought them from this website because it stated the 1 day delivery. Customer service is blaming the courier, but I feel that they can't be the only one to blame. You can't state on the website that it's DHL when you're not using them and using some unknown cheaper company.

Am still waiting, 3 weeks now, for replacement awning cover. Apparently it wasn't in stock, despite being able to be ordered and paid for, so needs to come from East Coast. Might as well have bought a cheap brand from EBay rather than a more expensive brand from a shop assuming quality and after sales service would be better.

Purchased a Thule Yepp Nexxt Mini New Momentum 12080112 via the online store, only to later receive an email from customer service team advising the product is discontinued. I was then offered the "updated" model and had to pay additonal costs, despite the fact I could have purchased the same model cheaper elsewhere during Black Friday sales. When I requested that Roof Racks Galore absorb the additional cost as a result of thier error, it was refused. Free shipping didn't apply despite the cost of the product exceeding $350.00.

Order 000095405 placed on 11/11. Despatch confirmed 13/11. Not received. Couriers Please uncontactable. Spoke with RRG twice, twice promised a follow up call. No call made/received by RRG to/by me. Cancelled plans this weekend b/c I can’t carry gear required without racks. By admission you’re aware CP are useless yet, I assume based on cost, you continue to freight with them. Frustrating to waste my time chasing up this far and now wasting everyone’s time as I feel compelled to waffle on here in response to your numerous ‘how did we do’ emails…

Purchased roof racks, only to be told a day later that the racks were not in stock and they wools be another 3-4 months before I could receive my item. After waiting nearly an entire business day for a response, I had to call and see if a different colour of the same racks were in stock, like the website said, I found out they were also not in stock. I wouldn’t have bought them in the first place if I knew none of the products I wanted were in stock.

I called up the Cannington store to check stock locally before buying online. The employee obviously lacked knowledge regarding the product which they said they couldn't find in stock (despite the Osborne Park store indicating later that they actually did have stock). They were very unhelpful and unenthusiastic. When asked if the item was sold in pairs or individually, I was informed that they were individual so I purchased four online. When they arrived, they were in pairs so I've paid twice what I should have.
