The rack that was supposedly in stock was not. I was contacted to see if I was happy to wait for an incoming shipment, which I was ok with. Soon after that, I was informed that it was not available, and I could buy another rack. The only other suitable racks were more expensive, and I was not wanting to pay extra for something. I am now here 1 month after the original purchase waiting for the roof rack. The mounting kit has arrived, but not the rack. I am hoping the remainder arrives soon.

Ordered Light Bar Brackets, chose Cick and Collect from local store saying they had stock. 3 days later still no stock. Only coming from 30km away. Other store took 2 days to send them. Went to collect twice. Ended up getting refund. Should just say no stock and I could have picked up from other store.

Purchased an item from them and paid for them, 4 days later I'm told that their suppliers don't expect to have them until late January 🙁 Selling an item they obviously don't have in stock. Now waiting to hear about a refund so can't imagine I will be purchasing anything from them in the future.

Ordered my racks online. Drove 400km to collect, only to be told they are in Brisbane in transit. I purchased via click and collect, told they were in stock and very disappointed I wasted my time

Placed order 3 Dec…selected express overnight delivery for urgent shipping. Called Thursday 7 Dec to check order status. Advised order had been processed but not shipped. Requested action. Promised good will be delivered by Friday. Bag req. before flight on Saturday morning. Good didn’t arrive. Left country without bag. Very disappointed

Roof Racks Galore offers 2 sizes of roof racks for my vehicle, but no option to select which size. Takealot has this companies product but with the same problem. I have phoned 6 times, sent emails and used their website messaging system. No response. Not sure how to purchase from a company that has no communication.

1. You sent my goods via Couriers Please when the invoice said TNT. Couriers Please are the worst Aust wide. 2. It was to go to Tasmania, it's going the wrong way and is now in Sydney for the last week and not moving. 3. I submitted an email to your help address, got an automated response and then nothing. 4. I don't need someone replying with " we're sorry that we didn't meet your expectations" BS. I either want the roof racks or refund. Pete Fox Order No. 000098253

Thanks for your feedback Peter, Were sorry your order delivery didn't go as planned. We try and offer as many shipping options to customers as possible. We have passed this feedback along to the courier. I can see this has since been refunded and hope you will try us again in the future.

Website states in stock. Not in stock. Still cannot be given a time when I can collect. Never again, but you have my money and nothing I can do about this.

After ordering I am told there is a 1 1/2 month wait for the stock. Days later they are still advertising for sale on their website and another platform as in stock. They are not trustworthy.

I ordered a set of Yakima crossbars which clearly stated was “in stock” on the website. I opted to click and collect from a local store which stated 1 to 2 business days. 3 days after placing the order I received an email stating that they needed to get it from the supplier which may take over a month. I checked the website again and it still stated in stock and 1 to 2 business days. To their credit they did give me an immediate refund. Still extremely disappointed with lack of updated information on their website. Poor form.

You have been let down by your choice of courier. Goods have gone from Adelaide to Melbourne and now in Sydney, a week going in the wrong direction. Couriers Please are the worst freight Co in the business. Having stock on hand and sending it out is not the same as me having it.
