“Nice piece of furniture. Nice that it is pre-made. The back is slightly on the flimsy side and missing two screws to fix to the wall. However delivery was really quick. The only downside is the company you use, you can’t track it (app doesn’t work) you can’t specify when you want the delivery and they should have left it safe, I would not say outside the front door in full view is a safe place. So your delivery courier lets down what would have been a very good service. Your customer service guy was very friendly and polite”

“I took a leap of faith and ordered this set of bedroom furniture online - it was very sturdy and well assembled and the delivery team were very good, takign into the care home and setting up i the room. I was very impressed.”

“The unit we bought looks good and is sturdy. The drawers appear to be of a lesser material (somewhat lighter and are not varnished the same way£) and some of the drawers do not fit quite right. Overall for the price I am very happy with it.”

“The vanity unit is lovely however the sink did not arrive until a week after the vanity unit. The vanity unit was damaged in 2 places and customer service were very helpful and offered a replacement however we needed the unit ASAP and only 10% was offered off the price in order to keep it!! So a little disappointing....”

Hello Ian McGregor Thank you for your feedback, we are happy you like the bookcase, unfortunately some Scottish postcodes do incur a delivery charge, this is something we are unable to avoid I'm afraid. This is due to high costs to deliver to these higher areas, including the off shore Islands around our coasts. Kind regards Roseland

“Service very friendly and helpful and we love the blanket box (Surrey Oak), it's great value. However only 4 stars as the courier co Roseland employed is unbelievably bad (Tuffnells).”
