“Excellent communication with regards to delivery, which was super fast. Bought two cabinets which not only look really good but are great quality too. Would definitely buy from Roseland again and have already recommended it to friends and family.”

“Bought a dressing table set. On assembly, the brackets for the tilting mirror were clearly not correct, and so I contacted Roseland for support. I sent in photos to confirm what was wrong, and was told that the brackets would be sent out and I should receive them in 4-6 days. OK I thought, good service. I threw away the original packaging. The next day, I was emailed, telling me to contact Ben, and he would explain to me how the brackets could be used to set up the mirror. Clearly, a way of 'making do', rather than sending out the correct item in the first place. After 4 days of emails going back and forth, I eventually asked for a refund! Waiting for that now. I know it's not the end of the world, but a lot of time wasted and very poor customer service to have me running around after them to get it sorted when the error was theirs. Very reluctant to order from them again.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry that we could not come to an agreement with how best to proceed to rectify this. The brackets were correct but were assembled incorrectly. We offered to call you to so that we could explain how they needed to be fitted but you instead wished to return the goods for a refund. We have therefore arranged to collect the goods from you as per your request. I am sorry if this experience has not met your expectations on this occasion. Best regards Roseland Furniture

“Very rapid delivery of exactly the item we wanted; online description very accurate (thanks for detailed dimensions!). We didn't get advance notification of delivery, but it was quick and, fortunately, we were in when the truck arrived so mo worries!”

“Excellent value for money. very good design and finish. Sturdy construction and well packed for transit. The only downside was that we had an email saying it was despatched and we would be emailed or messaged by the carrier to advise of the date and time of delivery. This did not happen and we could not contact the carrier (Tufnells)or Roseland to find out when the furniture would arrive. It arrived when we were out shopping and left in the side alley. Fortunately the weather was fine. I feel some improvement could be made here.”

“My item arrived very damaged. I had no notification of its arrival day and had to rearrange delivery. Item was refunded fully but again I had no notification of when the item…which was large…was going to be collected. Unfortunately I’ll not be recommending”

“Superb communication about in stock or not items and ability to organised split deliveries so whole order doesn’t have to be delayed so can get the new items installed. Packaging is just the best and ensures furniture arrives in perfect condition. One more item awaited to complete a pretty large order and I am pleased with every piece.”

“I ordered a sideboard on Thursday and this arrived extremely well packed on Monday. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful. The sideboard is well made and the given measurements spot on. We are very pleased with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate buying from Roseland again.”

“2nd time that I have bought from Roseland Furniture. Last time we bought to London Oak Chest of Drawers, this time a London Oak Hall Table. The products are well made and did not disappoint. They were delivered on time and in good condition. They look good, are functional and are Good Value for Money. We would recommend Roseland Furniture both for their products and for their Customer Service.”

“Absolutely stunning bit of furniture, Oak TV stand and I couldn't have been more pleased. I will definitely buy from Roseland Again! Also much cheaper than other competitors and just as good if not better. Came with extra wax over the wood for transportation and no marks or scratches. Perfectly packaged for a safe delivery. Delivery was superb and MXL are wonderful and very helpful, Five out of Five Stars would give more!”
