“Purchased for a back room to place drinks etc, great little unit for price. Would recomend. Does what it says on the box, very happy with my purchase. Excellent price with delivery in at no extra cost.”

“Great firm to deal with. I ordered online and the whole process was hassle free and simple. My Zelah corner TV unit is excellent quality and priced competitively. Likewise, the matching end table. Really pleased with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending.”

“The ordering of two wardrobes was relatively easy. We were required to pay in advance ! Had email to say our order was being processed. ( Two wardrobes).15th. may. Another email 19th. May to say order dispatched. On 27th.May rang store enquiring as to whereabouts of my wardrobes as had expected delivery by now. Advised by customer service company would deliver shortly. We recently moved into this property and have no wardrobes or cupboard space. We are desperate ! The wardrobes STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED ! (2nd. June.). Mrs. Oliver. Never again.”

“You have asked for a review regarding furniture and service from your company. Unfortunately I find it impossible to review either as yet we have not received the furniture. However the matter is being addressed by your delivery company and to date we do not require any further assistance from yourselves. It does not help that your company issue delivery dates which you have no hope of fulfilling.”

Dear Mrs K S Pluse, We aim to deliver within the 10 days from the dispatch of the item. We have looked at your delivery and this is due shortly. Unfortunately we have had a bank holiday in-between which does have an effect on our deliveries as we only deliver on working days. We apologise for the delay. Kind regards Roseland

“Not great damaged goods and was promised some recompense when I phoned and sent pictures and all they did was send a replacement part for me to fit myself. Nothing about the inconvenience of having a unit with 1 door for a month”

“We"re delighted with our TV stand from Roseland Furniture. We'd been 'watching' it for quite a while but they were out of stock. However, the minute they were again in stock Roseland sent us an email and we were able to enjoy a seamless purchase. We're delighted with the quality of this piece of furniture and are equally delighted with the price!”

“Pleased with the product and the ordering process was simple. The delivery though was not quite so seamless. Our request to not deliver before a certain date as we were away was missed and there was zero communication from the delivery company that Roseland use resulting in our items being left outside (although under cover) for us to find on our return”

“Ordered a chest of drawers, the first one arrived and the leg was cracked and damaged so was returned and replaced. Second one arrived and had damage to the side and the paint was cracked. Both were packaged well so can only presume that both were sent damaged. Very dissapointed.”
