“I cannot fault Roseland furniture for keeping me informed to when my furniture was available in stock. The quality is excellent, and was sent out quickly. I do have a problem with the courier service, who emailed me to advice they would deliver between 5.17pm - 7.17pm. I arrived home at 4.30pm to find they had already been and left the sideboard outside in the garden. The weather was awful, very heavy downpours of rain and hail. Some of the packaging was soaked. As I live on my own I could not lift it inside until I was able to get the help of a friend. The courier delivered the sideboard at approx 4.15. I was not impressed with this. Surely they could have let me know they would be early?”

“The wardrobe arrived on time and was delivered into the bedroom by two polite and efficient men. The Item was easy to construct and is now in use in my bedroom. The only criticism by my brother who constructed it was that there was too much packaging. I don't altogether agree with him, because it was well packed. I did notice that some of the packaging edges had been damaged in transit, but the goods were quite safe. Thank you for a good product safely delivered.”

“Absolutely love this sideboard/cabinet. Really good quality and colour- have the Farrow Grey. We actually have it in our bathroom and it looks really stylish. Only slight issue is the doors slam, so need a slow closing mechanism really., but still worth buying.”

“After a horrific experience receiving a sideboard from another company ( extensive damage) ,I received my new one from Roseland . All I can say is a very big WOW . Right from the delivery people ( so polite and not rushing ) to the actual side board which is now in its permanent position . So it’s a very big THANK YOU ROSELAND xx I would highly recommend this company xx”

“Purchased a chest of drawers. When the product arrived two knobs were missing. I contacted the customer services but three weeks on I still have not received them and the product looks incomplete. Terrible service.”
