“Excellent speedy service, lovely customer relations assistance and a beautiful piece of furniture. Interestingly, this was the only mini sideboard of good quality that we could find on the market- needed to fit a narrow hallway. The only slight downside is that the delivery company did not let us know when they were arriving and were well in advance of the 6-8 day window advised on purchase. Luckily a neighbour took the package in as we were away but it could have been a problem in the terrible weather at the time. A small gripe as everything else was splendid.”

“I am pleased with the product and customer service. The only slight issue was that I was not made aware of a delivery date although I think that was more down to the courier than Roseland themselves. When I rang Roseland to enquire about this the operative was very pleasant and polite and told me to expect the delivery that day. A bit more notice would have been helpful but, as mentioned, this was perhaps not their fault.”

“Love the furniture we got didn’t like the delivery. No notification of delivery date. Delivered when we were not at home no note through door. We found it in our back garden the next day after a night of showers. Not impressed.”

Hello. Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. The couriers should not leave the goods unless requested to do so by yourself so we can understand your disappointment. They should have also emailed you on the day of delivery to notify you. Our logistics manager has taken this up with the couriers to minimise the risk of this happening in the future and also to make sure that the communication from them is improved. “I recently bought two small bedside cabinets which I am using in place of side tables in my living room. The drawers are very useful and they match my existing furniture. Ordering was easy and delivery was in two days. My son was impressed and bought a coffee table. Delivery was not as prompt but the item is serving its purpose.”

“No notification of delivery until after the fact! Cupboard was left outside my front door on a rainy day. Product itself has been exactly what we wanted, and due to extensive packaging, it seems to have survived its time outside. Lovely product, but please speak to your delivery partners!”

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive notification prior to delivery and that the goods were left without your permission to do so. “We were absolutely thrilled with the furniture we bought from Roseland and the speed in which they delivered. I think it was less than 72 hours between ordering and delivery and the two units were packed so very carefully.”

“Sorry, but I can’t write a review of the product as I don’t have it yet. It was ordered on 11/5/21, the item was in stock and the website advised delivery 7-10 working days. On 12/5 I received an email to say it has been dispatched but as of today (26/5) I still don’t have it. Apparently it is now due around 3/6/21....who knows!”

“I purchased 2no. 3-door Alba Oak wardrobes. They're great quality and a nice shade, not too dark. Want to purchase the chest of drawers but not in stock and can't find out when they will be which is a shame.”
