“Arrived quickly and us a really lovely made, sturdy little sideboard. Would recommend it and Roseland, have used then a couple of times and will be my go to place from now on!”

“Extremely helpful via contact email and helped me work out when to order so I could be sure to be in. Very fast delivery in 4 working days as predicted. The bookcase I ordered was well made and looks very neat and I am very satisfied. To improve it still more you could consider at least one adjustable shelf and maybe include screws and rawl plugs for fixing safety strap to wall”

“The new sideboard looks lovely. However a bit more work could be done to make the drawers slide open more easily. They are quite stiff. Also the shelves inside would benefit by being moveable so you can adjust the size of shelves. We are pleased with it though, but you did ask.”

“Very good furniture, in both looks and quality. However Roseland are let down badly by the carrier company XDP Express, who are a nil star company. When XDP say they will drop off your goods, that's exactly what they do, drop it on the floor, without any care what's so ever, and then drag it the length of your drive, as they have no other means of transportation ie barrow, trolley etc. I wanted to make a further order, however the whole experience with XDP has put me off.”

Thank you for your feedback Howard. We are pleased that you are happy with your new furniture. I am sorry that the delivery service was unsatisfactory on this occasion. The courier company should have indeed deliver the goods to your doorway if deemed safe to do so. The couriers should also have had sack trucks on their vehicle to assist them to make delivery to the doorway. I have raised this with our account manager at XDP to reduce the risk of this happening in the future. Kind regards Roseland Furniture

“I would give you as a company 5 stars - my item was shipped very quickly but the delivery company XDP ? keeps me away from ordering the next item. It is impossible to contact them , they send delivery notification late morning , I wasn't able to change delivery date and even when I finally did so they didn't deliver on arranged date . Finally , I received my order , the courier was very polite and helpful , but it wasn't the nicest experience. Received furniture beautiful.”
