The item you ordered was on the standard delivery service, this is a to the door service and unfortunately drivers are not permitted to enter a property as they are not insured to do so. “Good service, easy to order online. When delivered it was all put in the room i asked. All the furniture was very well packaged and protected and is made very well, sturdy solid units that look great and the best thing is they are already made up 95%.”

“The bookshelf arrived with 2 cracks and the flimsy back wasn't even attached correctly. Luckily I had some help unpacking it but, when sending it back, I had to repack it myself and I'm nearly 70. For what it is the price is exorbitant. VERY unhappy”

“My bookcase arrive within 2 days of ordering- it arrived very well packaged. On opening, I found a beautiful solid wood , well finished, strong Piece of furniture. The bookcase matched my other furniture, fitted in the space I had waiting for it, I am so delighted with this company, and would recommend you to buy from them. Customer service, Packaging and delivery of quality goods can’t be faulted I phoned Roseland the following day, and congratulated them on such excellent service.”
