“Received an e mail saying that the delivery would be due within two hours but no previous notice given so I couldn’t be there However, the item was then left in the front garden saying it was in a safe place.the service also should have involved taking it to my preferred room and due to the bulky item I cannot now lift it on my own. Terrible service”

The couriers certainly should not leave the goods without your permission to do so. We will be taking this up with them to avoid this happening in the future. The item that you ordered is sent on a 1-person delivery service which is reflected on the listing. We do offer a 2-person delivery service upgrade which is to the room of choice but this does incur a surcharge.
