“Actual unit is good and delivery was fine. However the card wrapping of the item was soaking wet on delivery as if the item had been stored outside in the rain. I was concerned that some of this wetness had got through to the actual item but fortunately this was not the case. I recommend items are stored under cover.”

“The item needed to be partly assembled but came with no instructions or tools - item doesn't fit together that well but it's OK. Part of the item was broken but not beyond repair so I corrected this. There were several scratches and marks. Couldn't face packing it all back up and getting replaced so am living with the imperfections. First time I ordered from Roseland and won't be ordering again. Not a great experience.”

“Although we have never used this company before we will certainly be using them in the future. Delivery was super quick, within a day, and the unit was extremely well Allpackaged. Although the bedside unit was comparatively cheap, it was very well made and represents exceptional value for the money. All in all a very good experience.”

I can see that your full address was not entered when placing the order through the website so the couriers had trouble finding your property initially. “On the whole I'm really pleased with my bedside cabinets. The only reason that I've given 4 stars and not 5 is that they were described as white, which is why I bought them, but they are actually a creamy white. I know it's hard to tell true colours when buying online but it was a bit disappointing when I saw them in the flesh, so to speak. Anyway, everything else was excellent - ordering, price, delivery, quality, design, etc., etc., so I've kept them! I would definitely buy from Roseland again but will double check the colour first.”

“Three stars given as customer service were helpful, but wish I hadn't had to contact them. Had to send back a mirrored bathroom cabinet as it was in terrible condition but the replacement wasn't in great nick either; though we decided to keep it with a small discount it's baffling why they're not able to check the condition of their stock and look after it better. I wouldn't order anything from Roseland again.”

“Very professional staff helped through a delivery question I had, the furniture is top notch quality and the delivery was amazingly on time with given tineframe! Very satisfied with my purchase as it is absolutely what we needed for my little daughter! And she loves it!!! :-)”
