“Quick delivery - no still waiting 5 weeks after ordering for a delivery date, while Roseland argue with their delivery company. Poor customer service, certainly not putting the customer first”

“I’ve used Roseland Furniture a few times now to buy various items of oak pieces for various rooms. Unfortunately 2 items arrived with minor cosmetic damage (small dents) presumably caused during manufacturing as the packaging was intact and undamaged. An email to Roseland in both instances was quickly answered with options of return or compensation. I chose the latter rather than go through the faff of packaging up a return for a relatively large piece of furniture. Again the refund was processed promptly, the same day in fact. Given the excellent customer service I would have no hesitation in using Roseland again in the future.”

“Am Happy with the furniture but Happy with the delivery as when was ordering it say free delivery and couldn't order both together so had buy one separately and bookcase had pay for delivery which didnt mind as told me when ordering it The tv unit I thought was getting it delivered free as didn't have to pay let payed for unit didn't as for delivery charges then 5 days ask for delivery charges and was order for free delivery Think was take on charged me for delivery wasn't ask for it when order item”

“We ordered two coffee tables in grey to match a tv stand we had. Unfortunately we incorrectly received two side tables with drawers. Although the ranges were different, the colours were described as being the same. Unfortunately they were miles apart in a colour match. Good news is they were collected and replaced with units from the same range as the tv stand. Both greys were described as stone grey. Don’t mix the ranges, they are different. Having said that... the units offer value for money and the service we received was second to none. Would recommend and will I am sure make future purchases.”

“Customer service is excellent. Bought a coffee table but unfortunately had to return as it wasn't quite what I wanted, and didn't look right with my current furniture. Return process was first class, kept informed and were very helpful. XDP the delivery people were also excellent.”
