“Very satisfied with the bench. Exactly what I wanted. Arrived quickly. Packed well. Only downside, if you can call it that, in description said fully assembled but had to attach legs! Easy enough to do, but fully assembled?”

“Seem efficient, but delivery not great. Insufficient warning and units arrived in a white Transit van with driver to deliver units that expressly state on the side that two men are required.”

“Great furniture. Very disappointed that the coffee table looked as though it had been opened before. The shelf was damaged and on closer inspection of the packaging it confirmed that the table was not packed sufficiently well to avoid damage in transit. Our complaint was dealt with reasonably efficiently although I couldn't understand why the damaged table could not have been collected at the same time as the replacement was delivered.”

“I am so pleased with my Roseland small sideboard furniture. I have used it for a shoe cupboard and it fits perfectly in a narrow corridor. It is so well made - delivery was perfect - and it is beautiful. I will definitely order more furniture when we move house.”

“We ordered the padstow wadrobe and tallboy in white. The quality of the furniture that arrived was fantastic. However it was more cream than the brilliant or pure white we were expecting. We arranged for it to be exchanged for grey furniture instead. The company have been brilliant in sorting this for us and responded to all queries quickly. We've recommended they change the product description to say off white rather than white. Otherwise We couldn't fault them”
