“We bought two TV units from Roseland and one was damaged on arrival. I sent pictures of the damage and they came straight back to me offering a refund or exchange and sent a replacement unit straight away. I was very happy with the service and the furniture.”

“The items purchased were 3 tier small open mini bookcase , as described good quality material oak well made and look very effective as display features around the furniture if I am looking in future for oak furniture will definitely review the site”

“Lovely chest of drawers well constructed and really pleased however the delivery firm were really poor I tried to contact them via email, phone and text but no answer. I also tried to contact Roseland to arrange time for delivery but again couldn’t make contact In end I had email 20 mins before delivery when I was at work and then delivery man rang me and ended up leaving chest of drawers in my porch which could have ended up with being stolen Such a pity as product is lovely”

“The corner unit arrived on time and well packed for protection. The unit appeared as it did on line. I am disappointed with the light weight of the unit which means that the unit easily tips forward on opening the doors. this is an issue if you are not fixing to the wall which we are not.”

“Love the unit, but not impressed with delivery. Was meant to be delivered between 5.30-7.30 pm. Was basically dumped in the front garden overnight. Anyone could have stolen it. No word / apology as to why the delivery was so late.”

“Difficult to comment on quality of furniture at this point as it still has not been delivered. Communication from delivery company has been poor and confusing and I still don’t know when to expect my purchase”

“Very happy with our bar stools and super fast delivery. Other companies wanted to deliver at 8/10 weeks which is ridiculous. Roseland delivered within 1 week. Very impressive. Thankyou”
