“Absolutely shambolic service, beyond a joke!! Received a damaged chest of drawers, replacement was even worse so I cancelled the order. Four times I’ve been given dates for collection, didn’t turn up, no communication. Roseland emailed to say they would take responsibility if I left it outside for collection today..surprise surprise they haven’t collected it! AND THEY STILL WON’T REFUND, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!”

Dear Alison, We are sorry that were not able to meet your expectations and the collection by the courier has been a bit of an ordeal. “Very pleased with furniture. Not pleased at all with delivery! One guy on his own delivered a very large box containing a large bookcase. He just put it on its side in my hall. As an older person I had to pay for someone to come and put it upright.”

“From placing the order to delivery was just under 48 hours. Amazing! I was kept informed at every stage and the delivery driver was very friendly and helped lift the sideboard over my threshold.”

“Sorry to be negative but I was disappointed. The grain transfer on the top was smudged and some of the cut edges were still jagged. I had expected better, £200 for a tv unit is not a small amount to pay. Your website is excellent and promises a quality product. No, I couldn't bear to go through the Returns process. I have smartened it up myself and it looks okay. I was hoping for more than okay. I shall not order from you again.”

“'Oak' dressing table arrived damaged. All four legs were split, a joint on the front was open and the frame behind was badly split. The dressing table is made up of an oak top and legs but the remaining frame is cheap, poor quality pine and ply. Not what you would expect from oak-quality furniture. Spend a bit more and buy the real thing. However, the customer service to get this returned and refunded was very good.”

Thank you for leaving your feedback Pamela. I can see that the website listing states 10 working days for delivery for that particular item. This excludes bank holidays and weekends. Therefore delivery should still be within the estimate given on the listing at the time of placing the order. “We recently purchased a TV Stand and Small Sideboard in cream with Oak Tops from the Padstow range and are highly with the style finish and quality of our purchase. From our initial telephone contact with Roseland answering all our pre purchase questions we placed our order on line. Delivery was absolutely superb and our order arrived 3 days later. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional company and we have no reservation in giving them our highest recommendation.”
