“Bedroom furniture arrived safely and was the best packaging I have ever seen on a furniture delivery. The furniture was made in Vietnam and I must say the quality of the finish was superb. Well done Roseland Furniture 10/10 from me.”

“Great service and great furniture. Our order was delivered quickly and efficiently. The wardrobe is well made and looks great. Unfortunately there was a small dent on one of the pieces but I was immediately offered a return or a small partial refund with no quibbles. I chose the refund and it was with me within 24 hours. No complaints here and I would definitely order from Roseland Furniture again.”

“The furniture itself is ok. The despatch and delivery were not. My order was delivered in three lots. No notice was given and we were in by sheer luck. I have still yet to receive part three of my order. Some of the furniture was damaged in transit. Not great so far.”

“With most aspects of the process i am completely happy. While looking into the furniture i wanted the customer service help was excellent. Protection / packaging of the item was excellent. I am happy with the furniture now i have it in my house. One point of concern is that i was not notified about the delivery and only received an email informing me that the item wo.uld be delivered 24 hours after it was actually delivered. So it was pure chance that i happened to be at home to receive the item. The delivery people were extremely helpful and did a great job in moving the item into my home. There are other items of furniture i am looking to get and this particular aspect makes me less confident about making a repeat order”

“I was not at all happy with my purchase, it said it was solid wood, it definitely is NOT solid wood. It’s MDF, also when I messaged about the sideboard no one got back to me. Very disappointed”
