“Slight delay on item, didn't always get regular updates, had to chase myself for updates. However when Bookcase arrived it was exactly as described, well made, undamaged, very well packaged. Would definitely buy again from these.”

“Love the look of the furniture, always a risk when buying on line. Part of the order did arrived damaged. This problem was quickly resolved by Roseland’s excellent customer service.”

“This review is based solely on the misleading information on the website. It’s now 18 days since we ordered items that stated ‘in stock - delivery 5- 10 days’. We have moved to the UK from overseas and only ordered this furniture based on the availability and lead time. I’m assuming the fact that I have been sent this link to leave a review of the furniture indicates that I should have already received the items. My emails to customer service have been promptly answered but basically told that we have to wait. Under promise and over deliver should the mantra for all sellers - at this stage I’m ready to cancel the order.”

“Easy to order. Told it would be 6 weeks or so for delivery and was nicely surprised when emailed it would be arriving earlier. Securely packed. Very easy to assemble (even though I am an 68 years old woman!). Finish is lovely. Really pleased with my purchase. Thank you.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service so far. I can see that the item that you ordered is listed as an estimated 10 working days for delivery. I can see that you are based in Scotland which can take a little longer for delivery. I have chased the delivery company for a delivery date and we will be in contact once they reply. “The Padstow corner TV stand was very reasonable quality considering the competitive price. Delivery was fast and efficient as the unit was with us in a couple of days. On opening the box I found the strut securing the bottom rail was broken. As it is not visible I repaired it as it was not worth return the unit for this. It was probably my fault for not realising that Stone Grey is more of a biscuit/mushroom colour, but I liked the unit so repainted it - all sorted.”
