“Delighted with the umbrella I ordered. Was great. Ok it wasnt real wood but that didnt detract from the appearance. It was fabulous. Very pleased with the service and product.”

“After waiting a number of weeks for the bookcase I wanted to become available I wasn’t disappointed. It was quickly dispatched & delivered, well packaged and is a lovely piece of furniture .”

“The sideboard was lovely. But they seriously need to find different delivery firms (Xpd in particular!) Delivery man left sideboard with a complete stranger 2 streets away and my daughter had to carry it home themselves! Not a great experience!”

Thank you for leaving feedback Lorraine. I am sorry to hear that the courier company delivered the goods to the a house 50 yards away on the incorrect street. We have taken this up with the delivery company who will be speaking with the driver to reduce the risk of this happening again. Kind regards Roseland Furniture

“Really happy with the furniture. Bought 3 pieces which came individually but this was not a problem at all. The only fault was the delivery. The first two items came with a different delivery firm to the third. I was not informed of the day of delivery with the first two and they were delivered while I was at work but fortunately the neighbour took them in. The third delivery was brilliant”

“We ordered 4 items and waited over 6 weeks for our order to be completed. 50% of it arrived damaged and had to be returned. Not the best quality furniture but we like the look of the London bookcases so kept them. We didn’t feel that the London nest of tables matched the bookcases very well and as these also arrived damaged we got a refund for these.”

“I expected the bedside cabinets to be the same quality as i purchased from you also from a supplier in Oswestry. Unfortunately, the cardboard box they were deliver in was printed and manufactured in China. They were of an inferior quality compared from those we purchased from you before. You were unable to make a check on my previous purchase to ensure they were of the same colour, design and wood finish. I was let down but decided to retain the purchase but not happy the price was for the quality i expected. PMcC”

I have looked into this and can only see that you have ever made this one purchase from us so they other items that you have in your property must have been ordered from a different furniture company.
