“We recently purchased small chichester bookcase that should have been ivory and turned out to be grey. I couldn't fault the quality of the item however the response from Roseland was that if they exchanged it we would get another grey one. I suggested they review their colours and photography as it its quite clear there are distinct differences in the images but the reality seems a little disconnected. Review above is reflective of the totally unacceptable customer service and a failure to acknowledge the problem.”

“The sideboard was lovely. But they seriously need to find different delivery firms (Xpd in particular!) Delivery man left sideboard with a complete stranger 2 streets away and my daughter had to carry it home themselves! Not a great experience!”

Thank you for leaving feedback Lorraine. I am sorry to hear that the courier company delivered the goods to the a house 50 yards away on the incorrect street. We have taken this up with the delivery company who will be speaking with the driver to reduce the risk of this happening again. Kind regards Roseland Furniture

“Really happy with the furniture. Bought 3 pieces which came individually but this was not a problem at all. The only fault was the delivery. The first two items came with a different delivery firm to the third. I was not informed of the day of delivery with the first two and they were delivered while I was at work but fortunately the neighbour took them in. The third delivery was brilliant”
