“After an initial nightmare of first piece arriving damaged ( faulty in production, how it passed and got its quality control sticker we don’t know) . The staff in Cornwall were brilliant unlike their couriers , only on the 3rd booked date did they turn up . Finally all pieces turned up , great quality, simple to assemble if piece required it , really pleased with them now .”

“Do not bother- bought a TV unit. Courier (XDP) failed to deliver on 3 occasions. It finally arrived a week late. The item was broken so it had to be returned. XDP were again supposed to collect the item over a week ago. Still to date the item is sitting in my hallway waiting for collection. Diabolical service all round.”

“I thought the communication from the delivery firm was poor. On the day the chairs were delivered I had an appointment I checked at 9.15 am no message that came at 9/30 with a two hour time slot I bE already left the house.luckily my daughter law called in to collect something and found them on the door step.”

“Whenever I needed to speak to someone they were always extremely polite and helpful. However, I returned an item and then the confusion started! After the collection of the item being returned I received another, unrequested, replacement and the following day I received a text saying that another would be delivered. Eventually, Roseland arranged for these items to also be collected. However, having told them when I would be available for collection, they arranged it on a day that I was not scheduled to be in.”
