“Amazing furniture but let down by delivery company (twice). Received message at 4pm to say delivery would be made between 10.43am & 12.43 that day (bit late as delivery time slot had passed) & then nothing delivered. No more notifications until phone call from delivery man the next day to say he couldn’t find my house! Didn’t know he was coming hence no one in to accept delivery. Furniture left outside from door! Such a shame as furniture lovely.”

“Bookcase Furniture looked good but back panel was hanging off. I had to purchasea nail gun and re-fix the back panel. Once fixed the furniture looked ok but the packaging was clearly not adequate”

“We bought a small sideboard and are very pleased with it - good workmanship and a decent price. Delivery was much quicker than originally stated, which is always good, although we didn't get any notice so it was lucky we were in! (This is probably a deliver company issue, though.) I would certainly go to this website again.”

“I got 4 pieces of the Surrey collection. They are very good quality, appealing to the eye and fit perfectly in my living room. I did wait a bit for them but they were worth the wait. When I buy from Roseland Furniture again I would be happier if I had a estimated delivery date 😊”

“I am pleased with the furniture but Roseland’s Couriers XPD, were abysmal.! They ignored the message that Roseland sent telling them not to deliver before a certain date as I was away. They then delivered the Sideboard and dumped it outside my house, in my absence without obtaining a signature from any neighbours. It was therefore left to my elderly neighbours to drag a heavy sideboard to a safe place, with a great deal of difficulty to protect it from the elements and/or theft overnight. On my return, it then had to be moved again to my own house, again with a great deal of difficulty for myself and elderly neighbour. This is a very poor performance for a piece of furniture of value, XPD did not even wait to receive a signature or make sure it was in safe hands!”

Hello Linda. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the problem with delivery. If you wished to place an order and delay delivery, then please let us know prior to dispatch so that we can hold the goods here until you are ready to receive the goods. Unfortunately, the couriers did not pick up our message in time to be able to get the information across to the driver and stop it from being delivered. The driver however should certainly not have left the goods unattended without permission from yourself. We have taken this up with them to reduce the risk of this happening in the future. “The product is fine, reasonable quality and good value. The reason for 3/5 rather than higher is the 3-and-a-bit month delivery time and lack of communication from Roseland. After the original purchase, they told me it was out of stock, then estimated 8-12 weeks, then when chased-up 13 weeks later said they didn't know if it would be in stock again and that I could wait, have a refund or pick another item. The table was then dispatched the next day! I understand these are tough times and supply chains are affected, but some communication would have been appreciated - even just a note to say that they were still waiting on the stock but hadn't forgotten about it!”

Hello James I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations, if the items come into the warehouse , they are generally sent immediately and the office would not know this straight away.
