“I actually rang the store before I ordered and was told both items are in stock and could be delivered in 6 to 8 days. Ordered on the 27th May got message that dispatched on the 2nd of June all good....But then nothing!!! started contacting them on the the 7th of June as no response from the delivery company this went on until the 15th of June when they still could not resolve the issue so I cancelled the order. And the attitude for the cancellation was they didn't care. I would avoid this company as they fail to deliver in the agreed time scale and they must have loads of customers anyway as cancelling a £800 plus order meant nothing to them...”

“I have recently bought a bookcase from Rose land furniture. It arrived in excellent condition well packed. The quality is good and it fits perfectly where I wanted it for. All in all very happy and definitely use again.”

“Pleased with the bookcase The delivery details were chaotic. I received an email telling me that it would be 4 to 6 weeks. Ok no problem Two days later when I was away on holiday, a message to say it was being delivered that day between 9 and 11 pm!!”

“Slight delay on item, didn't always get regular updates, had to chase myself for updates. However when Bookcase arrived it was exactly as described, well made, undamaged, very well packaged. Would definitely buy again from these.”

“Love the look of the furniture, always a risk when buying on line. Part of the order did arrived damaged. This problem was quickly resolved by Roseland’s excellent customer service.”

“This review is based solely on the misleading information on the website. It’s now 18 days since we ordered items that stated ‘in stock - delivery 5- 10 days’. We have moved to the UK from overseas and only ordered this furniture based on the availability and lead time. I’m assuming the fact that I have been sent this link to leave a review of the furniture indicates that I should have already received the items. My emails to customer service have been promptly answered but basically told that we have to wait. Under promise and over deliver should the mantra for all sellers - at this stage I’m ready to cancel the order.”
