“Wow…..absolutely delighted with my new sideboard. It’s even better than the picture on the website!!! So solid and such good quality. It’s looks amazing in my dining area, just what I wanted. Great communication from Roseland too from the online purchase to the delivery. Absolutely recommend Roseland on all accounts!”

“I'm not happy as they knew I couldn't move till lockdown was finished & it'd be over 30days but they told me itd be fine as its exceptional circumstances but once moved & unpackaged goods, one item was damaged but they refused to do anything about it as it was over the 30days. Won't be using them again after this.”

Hello, We do ask that items are checked when they are received I'm afraid. Having checked your order we can see that the items were received on the 2nd March, We had not been made aware within the stated time that there was an issue,. We have also been informed that you have moved house since you have received the item. I apologise that we have not met your expectations. Kind regards Roseland

“Prompt despatch by Roseland, but let down by Tufnells the delivery firm who took well over a week to deliver and managed to damage the item into the bargain. Roseland were very supportive, gave us a variety of options and resolved the problem promptly without any fuss. Five stars to Roseland but zero to Tufnells.”

“Thrilled with my grey tv unit, nest of tables and lamp table. Packed so well and so couldn’t possibly get damaged and the quality for the money is first class. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you”

“The chair we ordered is lovely and very happy with it. However the delivery firm used by Roseland were terrible and when the driver swore at me when I wondered why the delivery was a day later than promised with no communication, I was compelled to write a letter of complaint. I hope that Roseland will reconsider their choice of delivery firm as there are plenty of excellent and polite firms out there”
