“I am very pleased with my tv stand, good quality and attractive. Was not, however, pleased with delivery. I was given no notification of when it would be delivered and on the one day I went out arrived home to find a card saying tried to deliver. It had in fact been delivered to my neighbour across the road (surely items should not be delivered to other people’s houses at present.) As I am 81 I had to rely on the kindness of my young neighbour to bring into my house.”

“It’s hard to have anything bad to say about the service as my piece turned up a few weeks after ordering and I absolutely LOVE it!!! However... the fact that the phone lines are disabled and it takes 48 hours for anyone to reply to your E-Mail is concerning and I really hope this changes when Covid eases and people can be back in offices. I would be reluctant to order again (at the moment) due to living on an island and having to sort out alternative delivery. Once phone lines are up and running and if I lived on the mainland I would order again no bother at all!!”

“The furniture was poor condition. It did not look like it did in the photographs. The wood was roughly cut and the paint was coming off the door handles. However I had a refund without any problems and customer services was excellent”

“The web site needs to indicate wait times, can be 12 weeks. Also Roseland should be more willing to split orders to deliver itms which are in stock. Money is tken at order but long waits.”

“We’ve purchased many items from Roseland in the past and have been nothing but pleased with everything. However, we recently purchased a set of drawers that arrived very damaged. I was offered a refund upon their return but I am yet to receive a collection date for the return over a week and a half later. Not a happy customer and unfortunately I won’t be recommending them nor purchasing any of their products again.”

“We have not yet received our item of furniture ,expected it yet another 6 to 8 days -The problem appears to be the delivery company XDP who said they had delivered but had not . Our telephone calls to Roseland furniture were fine the staff polite and a further piece of furniture is being sent out and no doubt the process withXDP begins agai When ordering the item it was stated the item ten was in stock and delivery in 7 days - therefore we are very disappointed -”

“When I ordered this it was make as dispatched within 35 minutes but this wasn't actually the case it took 4 days dispatch it and a Corrie was absolutely useless but Indian coffee table to turn up but wasn't minimal assembly at all all so how to make some say it's minimal assembly I don't know but having said that a coffee table looks ok”
