“Website is good, with a huge range of attractive-looking furniture. Our order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and delivery prompt with good tracking of timing. We had an issue with the quality of one the three items, but a return was agreed (for a £30 fee) and refund issued without any hassle.”

“The furniture arrived with no delivery tracking details shared in advance and was left outside the front door while we were out for the day. When we opened the packaging we found it was damaged with a big crack down the side. I have requested a full refund and will not be purchasing from Roseland Furniture again in the future.”

“Bought the Newlyn small sideboard, finally found the ideal place to have it and now it looks great, very strong piece of furniture and solid as well, the price is good, much cheaper than elsewhere, can't wait for the coffee table and nest of tables to arrive.”

“I looked for a bookcase to fit into a small bedroom space. Roseland provided just the right one. It is very well made of oak and looks strong and good. It is ideal for the purpose. What is more it was incredibly well packed for its journey and arrived in excellent condition.”

“My original order was unfortunately damaged when it arrived and although I received a quick response from Roseland Furniture when I sent a photo as requested on their website, I felt the returns process was slightly long winded as I then had to complete and online form and had to wait for a further reply regarding a replacement. It would be quicker if they included all the details regarding returns on the website. I also didn’t receive any prior email notification from the courier companies they use regarding delivery and collection of my damaged unit so hadn’t arranged for the unit to be left in a safe place. It would have been useful to have been able to speak to a member of their customer service team regarding arranging collection of the original unit instead of just email correspondence.”
