“I bought a small bed side table, the product was a well made piece of furniture unfortunately I had to return it .Roseland were fantastic in their cooperation and they organised the pick up and made the refund without any fuss. Thankyou Roseland”

“It is hard to review our items as half our order has still not yet arrived. When I contacted your online support team they were vague and could not help. I have had no response from the courier company and cannot get through to them on the phone. The whole reason we chose to order from Roseland was because we believed our items would arrive while we had holidays planned. 4 weeks later we are still waiting but have been fully charged. We will not be returning customers”

“We bought the dark gray 90cm tv stand. It arrived in very good packaging and already assembled..no flat pack? Unfortunately, it arrived with no notice and we were not in. They should have told us the day, but didn’t. Apart from that, we are very happy with the furniture, the looks and the quality. Would buy more pieces.”

“Very happy with furniture. Unhappy about the delivery service in that the only notification I received since your correspondence, stating that it had been despatched, was that it would be delivered at 9.30 in the morning on that very day. I had logged onto the tracker everyday but had not received any tracking number from the courier so assumed that the furniture was still in transit somewhere. We hurriedly had to remove our own furniture from the house to the garden until it could be moved.”

“I have not received the product yet to see how beautiful it is in order for me to give a review. I am still waiting for it but I thought that your furniture looked great. The information I have is that to will be delivered on Friday 29th. Unfortunately, I moved last Thursday and therefore no longer at the address I used while ordering it. I moved 10 min drive away from that address. I moved into a new development and the property is not yet listed and so its address is not appearing on google map. Please, advise the men delivering to call me on 07779624985 so that I can give them direction where I am. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with the furniture, well finished and easy to assemble, and arrived quickly. The only issue I had was the colour, I ordered Padstow white which turned out to be what I would call a soft cream. I enquired about this and was told their ranges come in various shades of white so I would advise enquiring about this before buying. Also our delivery experience wasn’t good. Although the furniture was very well packed, the boxes were dirty and so were the delivery men’s shoes (which they didn’t remove) hence dirty marks on the walls and carpet going up the stairs. I feel sure not everyone will experience this problem I might add.”
