“I have given Roseland Furniture five 🌟 for there efficient service from beginning to end. Ordering was easy delivered before the six week waiting. Colour of item just as requested and quality second to none. Delivery very efficient exactly the time that they had allotted me. Thank you Roseland”

“The handles attached to the table came smashed and the alternatives were in poor condition. Customer service was fantastic though and arranged a partial refund as I kept the table, in addition to sending me replacement handles (which I'm waiting for so hopefully they will arrive).”

“I was happy with the service but sadly not the sofa. The cushion on the chaise end of the sofa was too short and wouldn’t lush all the way to the back of the sofa. This meant when you sat on it your bottom would sink down lower than your feet. I sent an email and was initially told it was part of the design. After escalating the matter to management I received an apology for the design fault and was advised it would be reported back to the manufacturer. I was offered £50 if I kept the sofa or a free return. I opted for the return but appreciated the gesture.”
