“Very pleased with the side board but not happy with delivery it’s no good letting people know on the day of delivery when people work and there’s no way of changing the delivery day and the delivery turned up 2 hours earlier than the time given by text”

“A good-value ivory coloured console which I am really pleased with. It has curved front legs which match the curve of the top. It is elegant which is what I hoped for (a risk when buying furniture online without seeing it!). The unit is a very pale grey in some lights. Despite us being novices, we put the unit together without any issues. I changed the knobs to match another piece of furniture and added LED lighting strips to the back to highlight the drinks on the console.”

“Bad communication. Goods delivered 7 days after ordering (from a different company). 4 days later an email arrived from Roseland saying goods had been dispatched. Never heard anything more.”

Hello Peter Chapman, Thank you for your feedback, the item ordered was a direct delivery from the supplier. ther may have been a short delay at the time due to teh extra 2 bank holiday days, delivery is under normal circumstances 3-5 working days. We apologise our email arraived later, this would also be due to the Christmas & New Year holidays. Kind regards Roseland

“A lovely piece of furniture, well finished and very elegant. It came very well packed with no sign of any damage en route. We liked it so much we have now ordered a mini sideboard to match. The lady that answered the phone and took the order was very pleasant and very helpful. We look forward to ordering again from you in future. Thank you Roseland.”

“Ordered a mattress, said would be 3-5 working days delivery, didn’t hear anything at day so so gave them a email, quick response but to say it’s actually 7-10days and that the website was wrong! Eventually when the mattress came it came without a email update so no one was home for the delivery. The mattress it’s self however is great.”
