“Excellent piece of furniture, well made and expertly packed and delivered. Whilst expensive you only get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend Roseland Furniture.”

“Ordered a mattress, said would be 3-5 working days delivery, didn’t hear anything at day so so gave them a email, quick response but to say it’s actually 7-10days and that the website was wrong! Eventually when the mattress came it came without a email update so no one was home for the delivery. The mattress it’s self however is great.”

“The item was as expected, but I was disappointed when I went to purchase a matching bedside cabinet, within a week or so of purchasing this item, that they were no longer available. I didn't want to order 2 in case I needed to return the items. This has left me in an awkward position of now wanting to return the item!”

“The design, size and colour of the bedside cupboard that I ordered were just right. The first one to arrive had many faults and the company were very professional and quick to sort out the matter of returning and replacing the item. The replacement had only one, minor, visible defect that I’m happy to live with. I won’t be purchasing anything else from Roseland Furniture because they are being let down by their manufacturer in Vietnam. At this price point the manufacturing standards seem too low. The raw material, wood, is poorly prepared with many ragged edges and surface defects. The sprayed paint finish barely covers the necessary surfaces. The overall effect is what I would describe as a slightly tacky ‘tourist piece’, something that looks lovely on the surface but look a little more carefully and be prepared for disappointment. It’s a pity that my confidence in this company to produce a reasonably made piece of furniture has been lost.”
